Love the jewelry! It was very easy to use your site. I like the fact that your credit card information is not saved/stored so it can't easily be stolen. Did not have to wait very long for shipment to arrive. The only suggestion I have, is perhaps add an instructions section to the order site so you can leave instructions for the delivery person such as "please ring doorbell upon delivery" since porch pirates are on the rise.
I am truly obsessed with everything Mejuri. Most of my earrings are from here, I have a mix of 14K yellow gold and gold vermeil, both incredible quality and have lasted me forever. I don’t think I’ll buy my everyday jewelry from anywhere else.
I WILL NEVER BUY FROM MEJURI EVER AGAIN! First off your so called warranty department is shit! I bought the rolo necklace in November, and when the necklace chain broke only 1 week after I had bought it and I contacted the warranty department they said that due to wear and tear they can’t fix the necklace for me?! Like what kind of bullshit excuse is that? I only had the necklace for a week and it quite literally broke on me when I wasn’t even doing anything to it. I’m not buying from mejuri ever again! And I will warn all of my friends to not buy from here anymore as well!
Returned a pair of earrings that were never worn. Recieved a store credit instead of a refund with no explanation and had to contact support myself. Customer support told me the earrings had been damaged and that is why I recieved store credit instead of a refund. When I let them know I had never worn the earrings and had not damaged them, they responded with a picture of the damage (a small scratch that, again, I could not have caused since I did not wear them...). After going back and forth, they provided me with a refund and a rude explanation that this was a one-time courtesy refund. Customer support was rude, unhelpful, and condescending, did not offer an explanation for the store credit instead of a refund until I reached out myself. Not a good way of doing business and I likely won't shop here again. Kept another two pairs of earrings and I wear them 3/4x a week, bummed because I really like the items, just don't want to take the risk of contacting customer service again...
I’m upset with the hoop charm peridot cluster I got. The color is not at all from the picture and it’s actually a very very faint green. I hope this review gets posted on the site for that item, if not I’ll have to post it so others can know before deciding to buy
Bought a $1000 bracelet that I thought was for everyday wear, fell asleep with it on and a ?weak link broke after less than 3wks. Refused to service, repair, replace or direct me to a repair service. After spending near 5g between me and wife at this place, I expected better. Sleep = “wear and tear”.
