Best service ever!

Mejuri has the best customer service I have ever encountered and it is consistent. They are so helpful and honor the customer experience. I am always impressed when going into the store.

BEWARE PIERCING STUDIO PRODUCT AVAILABILITY!!!!!

The website does not reflect which items are no longer in circulation or available under the piercing studio section of the website. Wanting to make use of a piercing promotion, I shortlisted my top choices knowing stock may be an issue. Come time for my appointment IN OCTOBER OF 2024 I was told that most of my choices were no longer available and had not been for some time, yet they had not been removed from the website. The other locations’ piercing studios had long since run out of my chosen earrings too, so the associate helping me couldn’t even send me there, let alone call ahead to reserve them until I arrived. There was also no way of knowing when the earrings I had selected for my piercing appointment would come back into stock. Understandably, there is a whole process involved which will take time — from ethical sourcing, to crafting, to logistics… though it has been four months that I’ve been eagerly checking my inbox for an email from the manager saying the new stock containing both earrings for my piercing appointment has arrived. PLEASE can the staff who handle product availability for the website update all aspects of the company’s pages so no one else runs into this problem? I adore Mejuri but am so very disappointed and want to save other diehard customers a similar, disheartening experience.

Great customer service but requires patience

Customer Service can only be reached via chat which can be time-consuming. Phone option would be helpful. However they kindly replaced 2 pairs of earrings, one lost in transit and the other which was taken out of the package before reaching the recipient. Daughter loves her new earrings.

I love Mejuri jeweller and would recommend it to all my family and friends. The reason I didn’t give 5 stars is because your jewelry prices keep increasing every year and is no longer worth the quality. Also I recently purchased a threaded piece of jewelry assuming it was all gold and it wasn’t. The back post/stem was Titanium. Had I k own that I would have never purchased it. The purpose of me buying gold jewelry is the expectation that it is ALL gold- especially the part that goes through the piercing because that’s where issues arise.
