They closed my complaint case despite…

They closed my complaint case despite providing proof they overcharge me. I have had numerous issues with Microsoft. I upgraded to a Microsoft Basic account to use OneDrive and was charged £1.99 per month. I then upgraded to Microsoft Personal at £5.49, but they continued to charge me for two subscriptions for one account. When I sent them proof of this, and asked for a refund, they said 'they were unable to accommodate my request'. They then closed my complaint without resolution or explanation. I also had Skype credit they refused to refund even when they said they were closing it down and could not be used.Their support function was absolutely useless. I had to WRITE A LETTER to get a reply. Then, despite being Microsoft, they refused to discuss it via email but only over the phone. Then on the phone they refused to listen to my complaint, just saying 'they would send me the subscription policy' which I already knew. Also, despite saying no to upgrading to awful Windows 10 and 11, they did it anyway. A company without integrity or morals.

A serious data breach has occurred

A serious data breach has occurred. All of my personal information was stolen. This isn’t just an unfortunate incident; it’s illegal. After being ignored for over two months through your support channels, I will now be seeking legal advice. It’s unacceptable that this case was supposedly “escalated” months ago and I’m still waiting for any resolution. This level of negligence reflects extremely poorly on the company and its policies. Truly shameful.

Disgusting

Disgusting ! My 26 year old email that I use on all platforms as my Small business email - Hacked.Microsoft wont reactivate thus hacker wins and I lose all my Business contacts and new business. A bot just sends me a template email stating due to their Security protocols they are unable to reactivate to guard against future security breaches... surely I should decide this

Complaint raised about @Microsoft

My partner used Hotmail email for years (Hotmail & Microsoft are now the same thing).Few days ago he received a notification email station there has been a strange activity on his account. My partner went on official Microsoft website, changed his password, signed out....and now he is unable to sign back in again:- he puts his email address in- then page prompts him to provide last 4 digits of his mobile number- next page says this verification method is no longer available...-he tried account recovery: they ask for 3 recipients as well as email subjects , apparently it's still not enough - he tried to appeal against his account being blocked (as its not his fault, he did everything correctly, and it is a fraudulent activity that he is being penalised for)This Hotmail address was connected to e everything : online bills, bank, TV licence, car related paperworkAnd all those companies are now have to be notified and he has to spend a week trying to sort @Microsoft mess out ?!?!

Microsoft you are Broken

Microsoft, you people are the absolute pits. Thickness comes in many forms, but you lot have to take the cake. Your Windows 11 operating system is nothing short of ready for the trash heap. And as for your new outlook, a child of 8 could have developed something better. What a frustration, when you buy a new machine for the office and it has more downtime than what it is worth. You ex CEO should be worrying about what the company has become than worrying about vaccines and trying to change the way cattle go to the toilet as well as the enviroment. He must not touch anything, as he will just break it. Gates must not touch anything that works, just look at Microsoft and you see the damage he has done. Pathetic stuff I tell you.

Microsoft lets your storage go up to…

Microsoft lets your storage go up to 180% and then offer you to PAY to get more storage or reduce stora ge to less than 100%. This is awful and just a way to cornering people to pay for services. Awful company. Leaving Microsoft

Microsoft wont allow me to sign in and won't help me unless I sign in.

Microsoft keeps asking me to sign in. I give them my phone number and pin which is supposed to sign me in. Then another screen shows up saying they have sent a code to an email address which is not mine, never has been, and I cannot access. The system will not allow me to change to my email so I can access the code. Noone from microsoft can be contacted to resolve this unless I am able to sign in. There is no way to get this fixed. Do I need to just cancel my Microsoft 360 subscription?

Authenticator not working, locked out - no help at all

Can't get into my account due to an issue with authenticator meaning I can't run my business. Keep getting promised a call back within a few hours. After 4 working days still no call. Disgusting service for a business package, how can they expect small businesses to run without access to their email, teams etc etc. They just don't care and lie to you time and time again.
