Utter rubbish

Utter rubbish. Outlook decided my email account had potentially been 'compromised'. It hadn't. Been through the varification process numerous times completing every single box thoroughly and its automation system has still determined I haven't given enough information !!! I can't give any more. My bank needs less information for me to withdraw my money ! Pathetic situation to be in. Will go elsewhere

Upsell Scam

I needed a host for me email that allows me to use Outlook. So thinking that Microsoft Exchange is the way to go, so signed up for Microsoft Exchange Plan 1, $4 per month, OKish for a simple email for 1 user. The only issue is that it stopped working after 12 months. Hmmm, tried to solve myself for an hour or two, then connected with microsoft support for about 2 hours, and then a second time for about 2 hours, only to find that the problem is that my Microsoft Exchange Plan 1 had a free connection to Outlook that expires after 12 months. No warning, no email, it just stopped working and takes 4 house with microsoft support to figure out why. Utterly astonishing. The Fix, increase my subscription to another plan that costs more than 300% more than i was originally paying. Absolute criminals.

Microsoft Windows 11 has been a disaster to set up. Even getting their personal help did not manage to load Windows 11 correctly and I am unable to install updates. I have repeatedly tried to get them to help me sort this out but there seems to be no way to do that other than their AI generated suggestions which don't work. I am also deeply unhappy about having Microsoft force their images onto the start up screen and I am unable to get rid of them, Perhaps i should be considering using a different platform?

Trying to make Office 365 work

We spend hours trying to overcome operating MS Account . Note "we" . Even signing into the account is nigh on impossible - no simple process - check to secondary emails .Meanwhile my wife is in tears - saying she has the lost the will to live because she has swapped from an individual |Office 365 to family . Has spent weeks trying to set up the family access and it is impossible to reach support at MS . Dealing with MS is extremely frustrating and they meet the true definition of timewasters Hopefully if MS reads this review they may comprehend the issues they cause by the blocks they create when setting up their operations

Send in the clowns

After seeing the score, 1.2/5, I'm reassured, I'm not the only one thinking that this is shoot. 350 updates per week, with tons of additional useless options and gadgets, but not the essential. And an infinity of problems of every kind, for which millions of people are seeking solutions on forums or elsewhere. YOU have to find the solutions, and finally release a stable version, tested and verified with the utmost care. What you are doing is just like a painter coming every day at your home to redo a wall never finished, because he can't do a neat job, once and for all. Elements of primary importance, such as colors, have been waiting for months to be corrected, and they still are not. They are evidently altered, "dirty", too saturated, clearly leaning towards yellow, causing seasickness. I bought a brand new PC three weeks ago, it has been a nightmare since I connected it to the Internet. I think I'm moving to your competitor, because I'm fed up with you guys. 1.2/5 and no shame? Zero shame? Your baby-boys, who think they they are engineers, are lucky, because I would fire them right now, just today, if I were a boss over there. A serious company should have a score of 4.7/5, or so. 1.2/5 is a score for clowns, guys not knowing their job and not respecting their customers.

Poor Microsoft 365 support with customer unfriendfly license policies.

I have been using Microsoft 365 for years and am generally satisfied with its features—Outlook in particular is indispensable for my workflows. However, I was recently disappointed by their support: an Exchange account was suddenly no longer recognized, and Microsoft Support simply referred me to Google Play, as that was where I had taken out my subscription. No help, no suggestions for solutions—just a refusal to take responsibility.I finally solved the problem myself and renewed my subscription directly with Microsoft. Conclusion: The product is great, but the support and licensing policy is customer-unfriendly and bureaucratic. If you expect help, you're better off buying directly from Microsoft.Recommendation to Microsoft:Please reconsider your support structure. Customers expect help with Microsoft products – regardless of the sales channel.
