Can’t sign in my email

Can’t sign in my email. Can get help more than what has been posted on their page. Next day I’m trying again but no response at all. Can’t even sign in in my other accounts. That I’ve the credentials needed- It’s ridiculous.

Worst costumer service ever

Worst costumer service ever, ordered new laptops months ago and keeps delaying, even after they stated that I was the next in line!I really don’t understand how they can get that low on service, I have now cancelled and seeking alternatives for my business which have been used michrosoft products only for the last 10 years

What a crock of junk for both OneDrive and nasty 365. Threatening onedrive message to delete data and doesn't even work properly on different devices what is the point of this crap....so bored of trying to get this to function properly no more of this bloated nonsense

I have been charged for a subscription I don’t have access to

I have been charged for a subscription that isn’t on my account for the second year in a row now. I have tried to get into contact with them last year and in the end I gave up. Since it happened again I tried a little harder this year as the payment increased to $150. I’ve put a stop on my bank card, as I did last year though and they still managed to do it again. When speaking to Microsoft on a very bad online chat service that kept disconnecting and glitching out they said that I should just speak to my bank. I’ve had to cancel my card which is super annoying and I still have no resolution and my money is being held.I asked for it to be escalated and they said I’d be called in 2 hours. It’s since been 6 hours and no contact. There’s no way to contact them except this ridiculously slow and glitchy online chat. It probably works when you are using their products perhaps but I’m not, but I’m paying top dollar for them! It’s not a complaint to the person operating the chat though who did try to help, it’s a complaint with the company

Circular processes

Is it just me or are Microsoft's processes all completely circular? If you can't use your authenticator app...we'll send you a code on your... authenticator app. If you've forgotten your PIN and can't login go to Settings > Accounts > Sign-in options.... err... you need to be logged in to do this. It's maddening> I never even opted to use the authenticator app. Every time I login on a new computer or do a factory reset it's WEEKS to get back in. It's maddening.

Just like everyone else, I haven’t been able to get into my account. It’s absolutely ME, it’s MINE, but they don’t give one, single poop. I’ve had my email address for 30 years, and now I need to make up a new one just for these jerks.AGAIN.They suck they suck they suck they suck.

Embarrassingly Bad UX at Microsoft 365 Payments

At Microsoft you have to enter a new credit card twice – first into the wallet, then again link it to the subscription. Utterly redundant. And the input field for the three-digit security code is 10 cm wide. For a garage startup you might forgive that, but for a billion-dollar corporation that’s cash-hungry, it’s just embarrassingly bad UX.Still, since it worked in the end, I’m rounding up the otherwise ungrantable 1.6 stars to a 2.0.

I have NO idea what is going on.

Like so many other ppl I have spoken to, I have NO idea what is going on. From the impossible instructions to follow, to the convoluted information given, and now a prompt to make a purchase from a place where I cannot make a purchase... I HATE using it!!!

Unable to contact support to resolve issue.

Now I love 365. I love the one drive and I understand the need for security. ButBought a new phone and transferred all my data. During this process my password on the phone and Authenticator was lost. This stopped me logging in as I couldn’t use authentication. Despite having access to the registered email and phone number. Not possible to contact support the only option was to submit a reset request and wait 30 days. Then I was able to reset using email and phone number that was rejected initially as I couldn’t access authentication. So a month lost. All now resolved but what an absolute pain in the A***. There must be a better way. After paying for the 365 service to be locked out with no way to resolve it is ridiculous. Come on Microsoft up your game.
