Microsoft seem to scam.

I received correspondence from Microsot to say they were increasing their subscription by £30!Ridiculous. This apparently due to their automatic inclusion of AI. I didn't ask for this, or agree to it.I tried to unsubscribe, only to be quoted £30 for doing so. What is this? Why should I pay to unsubscribe from a service I didn't ask for!Get real Microsoft. The word is service and not dictatorship.Tell me how to remove your exorbitant fee without paying to remove it?Microsoft is maxoscambolic, if this visa how they treat loyal customers.

Pity I can’t have a -5

Pity I can’t have a -5, because you deserve it all. Not just the product is rubbish, but now it’s becoming truly impossible to access to something as simple as the email account. Passkey setup accordingly to your requirements and now it changed the rules again completely locking me off and overriding the passkey by forcing me to use a second device to read a QR code or an external passkey, that get (both) punctually get rejected since it doesn’t read it properly/doesn’t open the page/ in short doesn’t work: bottom line, I can’t use at all the account, thank you, fantastic service and product as always. Same for words, years of works punctually locked for one reason or another, I can’t access them as I see fit, but only through some device and if it’s a good day for Microsoft. A shameful scam, that’s what it became, despicable

I have been locked out of my account…

I have been locked out of my account for two days now, every time I called I receive some excuse as to why my case keeps being put on queue. They work backwards and are paying people to create a case instead of engineers that can help customers.

Skype scam

Years ago I signed up for Skype as an alternative phone service. while I seldom used it I did maintain a blanch. I just learned that Skype had been discontinued and replaced with Teams which does not work for me. Microsoft refuses to return the money I have deposited with them. I would have to go to sell claims court but they won't even connect me with their law office.

In order to write my review I have to give a "star" - Microsoft is possibly the worst company I have dealt with as far as customer service goes - quite frankly it is appalling. No-one seems to care at Microsoft. It is slow to refund money, staff quality is poor - Microsoft hides behind their monopoly of "Windows" which is their money making tool. New technology released is dire and not worth buying.People at the top are not in touch with what is going on within Microsoft. Call Centres around the World are badly run.There is no complaint service in the UK however, they list a postal address where complaints can be sent. Microsoft a technology company listing a postal address... I am lost for words.

Microsoft is horrible. They’ve had my information forever and I still after years cannot access my account and now that my Godaddy does business with Microsoft the whole thing is a complete disaster. Technology is a disaster. It makes the end user and the consumer anxious fearful. It’s terrifying. This is the end of the world taken over civilization in Jesus it’s coming

The most useless company I have ever dealt with I cancelled my subscription and rang to confirm , but I have just noticed they have taken the payment out , now can’t get old of them , so now have taken dispute up with the bank , please stay away they are beyond crap again a big company taking the piss
