I blocked Microsoft from charging my bank account $129.99 cause I have NO ACCESS TO MY MIRCOSOFT ACCOUNT and a year later they found a loophole to charge me another $129.99 and my bank denied my claim this time around because Microsoft used a new “transaction number” to charge me. If you block Microsoft, they find a different way to charge you and then have ZERO support to have access to something you were FORCED to pay for the year. Can’t believe I’m paying for Microsoft 365 with NO ACCESS TO IT! HOW MESSED UP IS THAT??
I have not been able to get into my email accounts for over 2 weeks. Today I phoned MS and for almost an hour an agent was trying to help. She told me to hold after 45 minutes but did not come back for another 30 minutes. I then phoned again, and the agent cut the call after 2 minutes when they said they were looking for the notes. Now I can't no longer get through, and I am losing business daily.
I would like to share my experience ordering from Microsoft with you. I ordered a Microsoft Surface Pro 12 from the UK because it was the only place with the suitable color at that time, and I ordered a keyboard for it from the Netherlands because I needed a US ANSI layout. Both were delivered to France. The keyboard was delivered in three days, but there were problems with the tablet from the beginning. The UPS delivery service was managing my parcel, and their website indicated that they were missing some travel documents and the commercial invoice. I immediately sent messages to Microsoft Support, and I sent multiple messages throughout that week. The responses from the support service were inconsistent. Some said everything was okay and that I just needed to wait. Others pretended to help and assured me that I would receive my parcel. Finally, some people even gaslighted me, saying that I was not allowed to order from another country, even though I can do so on the official website. The day after I was assured that I would receive my order, it was canceled. This happened without my consent, even though I said multiple times that I did not want a refund. Throughout this period, I did not receive any emails from the support service, despite being assured that I would receive correspondence.Then, for several days, the support service was unable to place an order, and they did not provide me with sufficient compensation.Finally, I placed an order from France with the help of the support center. Although I selected express delivery, the estimated arrival date is July 16th. It looks like I'll have to wait a month or more to receive my parcel. After contacting the support service, they said this was due to an "out of storage" status, which was not mentioned on the site, and they only suggested a refund if I did not want to wait. In short, the service is incredibly poor.
I am unable to login to my account for many days as the screen can just simply show "Too Many Requests" and no other helpful info informing why is this happening and how to solve it. This is not the first time, if I just entered the password wrong for JUST ONE TIME, it will be triggered to block my account. Try to get support from agent, know what? Only logged in member can contact agent lol. Such unwelcoming attitude make me feel so regretful not using Google email instead. If you don't want to serve, kindly consider shut down. And thanks for all the helpless FAQ. I sincerely hope your people can go through all the steps to get their account recovered one day, and find out if such tedious, unhumanly approach is wasteful of time and effort. I still can't access my account in case you're curious, better just BLOCK IT FOREVER!
The best advice I could offer anyone, regarding technology, is that they not purchase a (any) Microsoft product. Looks, at Microsoft, are deceiving. The flash of a nice, new Microsoft product, may have appeal, but, then, when your product fails, and you have to turn to Microsoft for service, your life is upended. Microsoft Technical Support is the absolute worst service organization that I have ever interacted with. In 7 days, I spent 6+ hours on the phone with a variety of Microsoft employees, none of which spoke a language that I can understand. They had no clue of what they were doing, and they so screwed up my computer, that I had to turn to the computer’s manufacturer to undue the damage that Microsoft did. Further, Microsoft LIMITS the number of calls that you can make to their Technical Support (support = NOT), and, counting disconnected calls, if you exceed Microsoft’s quota of calls, over a period of a couple of days, Microsoft denies you access to their Technical Support.If you are considering a Microsoft product, BUYER BEWARE; shop elsewhere.
As a long time costumer of Microsoft I'm surprised that they went from 5 stars to 2 stars in my review You know why ? If I give a negative review about a game with good points and good criticism and only using normal words to mention specific issues in a game that I bought with my own real money ..Then days later I get an email from Microsoft telling me they removed my review for hatespeech when I never even done any kind of hatespeech I simply cristized the game for being too woke and too much for dorks For the last couple years all Microsoft games have turned woke and aren't worth buying anymore After using gamepass for many many years I decided to cancel it because there is litteraly nothing worth playing on Xbox series x anymore because all they release is bad games and woke garbage games that push politics And then you give a honest and criticizing review about it and then it's called hatespeech ? Maybe Microsoft has hired too much wokeys to match the diversity politics instead of looking at people who can actually do that job . Removing reviews because ooh they don't like it personally is not the way to do it
First off. If your going to scam people. Make it untraceable. Secondly. You owe me over 200$. Been being charged 22.99 every month for the last 6 months. Sometimes twice a month. No way to contact a live agent, no info on microsoft accounts. Yall scammed me. Ive never been a microsoft user. Cause i hate yall. And yall still used MY PHONE NUMBER to bill me??? I have no payment method, no subscriptions, no info on my account. So you wanna tell me how you got my phone number and started billing it?!
I have an open ticket with Microsoft (TrackingID#2507150040006114) since July 2025, related to blocking access to my Azure account due to an MFA (multi-factor authentication) policy imposed by Microsoft itself .Even with MFA already configured and active on my cell phone, I cannot access my account or the contracted services from Azure , which is causing technical and possibly financial damage.
