I have used Microsoft Office 365 for about 10 years now. I don't pay much for it, and really value the cloud back-up and remote accessibility to my files.My 5 stars is based on their service. Whenever I have raised an issue through Office365 they always get back to me and help resolve the problem.
I recently updated my operating system just before my exam, and now I can't get my native keyboard layout to work. It's impossible to remove the language pack or reinstall it, and I can't configure the system to use it properly. This issue is causing a lot of frustration.
Avoid all Microsoft so called products, they are all spyware designed to make you the product.Refuse an update to window 11 and they will make your sytem reject any web use until you do, you are at the mercy of Ted Bundy types with their illegal spying and murderous mRNA jabs.

Nightmare. Recover account password using Skype from which we log you out for your safety, as also with both Microsoft account and Skype, we restricted visibility of saved password. Code not coming on your e-mail, in form to fill in to receive your account back, on which you are logged partially due to using your computer, but cannot make changes on it as being no able to once more write password, try to mention everyone on Skype you know, while you cannot receive your password. If you want to have back access to Skype log into Microsoft, going circle! Brilliant! Like working with person after lobotomy.
It's a shame you have to give one star as they really don't deserve it On the plus side I now have a playstation and wish I'd got one years ago I was a fan of Microsoft in the windows 7 era but I would consider them probably the worst company I've ever had the misfortune of dealing with
Bought a microsoft surface pro 11. The worst junk ever. Looking at the microsoft store Your lead to believe that you would be able to use computer games. What I usually do is work away and a grandson would play his computer games for an hour or so. However NOT ONE SINGLE GAME WOULD WORK. Nothing works on the surface pro 11. Its a new operating system and nothing works all the games providers have to make versions of their games that are compatible. Now microsoft did not mention that. If they had mentioned that, I would not have bought this, not in a thousand years. Its not only that. But this device is all about sucking you in to pay pay pay and pay some more to have to use microsoft software of some type for you to get the best out of it. I might as well have saved over a grand and bought another device that would give me what I have now. I have paid a couple of grand for a piece of kit that will not let me play any computer games. Its a sack of gash. The microsoft website is full of information. In fact I realise now its information overload. What is important is what it does not say. For example hardly ANY existing pc type computer games or apps will work on these new microsoft devices. We are paying through the nose to get less. SO AVOID THE SURFACE PRO 11 LIKE THE BLACK DEATH
Recently bought a brand new console direct from the Microsoft store. The parcel was delivered to the wrong address. When we eventually obtained the parcel, on opening it it became clear there was no padding to protect the console box and the seal was completely broken. The corners of the console box had impact marks suggesting it had been thrown over great distances.I've now put in a returns request as its disgusting that orders are sent out and treated like this.
