While every platform of my accounts…

While every platform of my accounts were being hacked Microsoft kept kicking them to the curb. There were so many that google literally would not verify my identity on my personal devices as well had biometric enabled and that was erased by who ever from every where you could imagine. Not Microsoft they stayed on line with me alone!

useless is an understatement...

Microsoft has got to be the worst f-ing company for customer support. The robots are a headache to navigate and leave you with nothing but a headache. The people, (if you can get through) are just as f-ing bad. They are spineless soullesss weasels who wouldn't know a tech problem if it was biting them in the ass.

Really upset that you moved the "Save As" button. I understand the workaround, but it is just another step needed in order to do what we did with the "Save as" button. Please, please bring that option back.

Microsoft asked me for my opinion and this is what I wrote. It will indicate exactly what the problem was and continues to be... for all of us. Javier could not understand me because his English is different than my English. Furthermore, he chose NOT TO BE EDUCATED in this field but simply rose up by work. He spent most of the time explaining to me that my issue was not a technical issue THEN insists that I send him screenshots so he could see. Even if he saw them, he would not have known what to do. And so, in the final analysis, he just cut me off and ran. Life is dynamic and constantly changing.It will change for Microsoft also. Probably sooner than later.THEN... WHAT WILL YOU DO?It is MEDIOCRITY such as this that has brought the total demise of my country, the United States of America.It's what you wanted because YOU ARE THE CLASSIC REPRESENTATIVE OF MEDIOCRITY.I am an old woman now. Not much use to anyone. But I have acquired wisdom. You would be a fool not to listen.No one wants to go to hell alone.And so they drag you down with them... You... The Mendacious Mascot of Mediocrity. I copy and submit this to various websites that are interested. You are now notorious.

Just off the phone from the second agent I spoke to today to dispute a transaction that that they have billed me for twice. To be told that they won't refund the credit card they charged and won't refund to a bank account that has less than $1000.00.

Very stupid email protection system…

Very stupid email protection system that creates more inconvenience rather than peace of mind. While my wife is locked out of her hotmail account, to recover her account she needed to provide contacts and subject lines that she recently sent emails to. Guess what, she rarely send emails to anyone but me. The MS account recover system deemed that the information we provided is not sufficient to validate the account. So, good bye hotmail, hello Gmail.
