I've been locked put of my account for…

I've been locked put of my account for 3 weeks now, I have provided all the information and even received an email stating I have confirmed who I am. I filled in every form I can find multiple times, but nothing ever happens. I'm not even sure they tend go these, I haven't seen or heard of a positive review. Your customer service is a disgrace. Nearly 2 decades of custom and thousands spent, yet you treat me like I don't exist, disgraceful company.

Microsoft are an absolute disgrace

Absolute joke of a company, Microsoft said my email account had been compromised and I need to change my password, tried to change it and it decided to lock my account, tried to contact them but all you get is robots, not one human being to speak to, I have had to change my email account with someone else as I can’t unlock it, bloody disgusting, I wouldn’t even give them one star but it wouldn’t let me write a review without one, absolute nightmare changing my email address on everything.

Unimpressed and I recommend we boycott all Microsoft products. The only thing their bitlocker recovery key does is make the computer unless. No customer service. No way for them to look it up if it’s with as established customer. That’s is not customer service. That is morally wrong. And they should be ashamed of themselves. Also before you want to start bashing my post. My father is 91 years old. We are blessed to still have him. But no one knows who set up his Microsoft account and none of the information is under his information. So we are screwed on getting any of his data. Thanks for nothing Microsoft your company sucks at customer service. Also thank you for no longer allowing us to contact a human to speak to. SMH

Xbox call back feature - 7h later (2 calls) still waiting...

Xbox call back feature - 7h later (2 calls) still waiting...I have tried to update my phone number on Xbox and cannot update my mobile number so i can use the services.i tried several times for the call back and was called back - kept waiting 3h last night and 4h this morning - no one answers - just music...Agent feature is useless - it cannot solve the problemwhat has happened to this great service we expected

Recently bought a Business Office 365…

Recently bought a Business Office 365 Package from Microsoft. Having difficulty with the Authenticator, so locked out of certain functions that are critical for my small business. Tried to contact support, only offered an AI version, no humans. Still unable to use my MS Office Business products. Would happily migrate over to Google Sheets, etc. Will avoid using Microsoft and its laptops (I also recently bought a Surface) in the future.

Beware - Hacked Account has lead to lose of access & all records permanently

Phone number was illegally ported to criminals subsequently hacking, my phone bank emails and numerous accounts. Specifically, my Microsoft accounts @hotmail.com & @outlook.com, I am unable to complete two step verification as they have also hacked these providing false email & mobile. Both of these do not relate to my account. I have been chasing my phone service provided to resolve and repeatedly no success, latest update from them is to be ported back all to late. Microsoft I really really needed your assistance to get my life back, all bank accounts frozen and cards/pin being changed.Now Microsoft have advised that I need to verifiy my identification for them to kindly close my account, including subscriptions & one drive.I will lose all my files and access to the accounts, which by now the criminals have well and truly down loaded or copied all data the require.

Everything about this company and their products STINKS! Purchased a tablet for work. Signing up for a Micro$oft account - which I was forced to do to make the damn tablet work - is a NIGHTMARE! Whoever is responsible for all this crap: not good for your karma, mate! Not good at all! 😡🤬😡

Promised a month free trial, Of course they immediately charged me and their chat support is unavailable. Robots are useless. It's time for me to go back to using Pages. Microsoft are useless and money hungry.
