Greedy, monopolistic business with broken software, useless support, and shameless practices

Wasted ~3 hours unsuccessfully trying to subscribe to Copilot Pro with multiple debit cards, credit cards, and PayPal accounts from multiple holders/users, banks, and countries. All rejected with random, generic, unhelpful errors despite accepted elsewhere. Wasted another ~1 hour unsuccessfully troubleshooting with Microsoft support. All this on a new Surface Pro 11 that showed an error on the first Windows sign-in and whose keyboard stopped working after the first restart.Fires 2550 employees and increases CEO salary 63% (79.1 million dollars).Doesn't include charger with €1000+ computers, charges ~€100 for one.

Constructive review about Microsoft Cmpany

Microsoft, a tech titan, has faced its share of challenges in recent years. While the company remains a dominant force in many areas, it's essential to address potential areas of improvement. One such area is the increasing scrutiny surrounding antitrust concerns. As Microsoft expands its market presence through acquisitions and product development, it's crucial to navigate these regulatory hurdles carefully. Additionally, the competitive landscape within the tech industry is fierce, with rivals like Google, Apple, and Amazon continually innovating. To maintain its market position, Microsoft must invest in research and development to stay ahead of the curve.Another challenge is the growing emphasis on data privacy and security. Government regulations are becoming stricter, and companies like Microsoft must adapt to ensure compliance while protecting user data. By prioritizing customer focus and addressing pain points, Microsoft can build trust and loyalty. Moreover, attracting and retaining top talent is essential for innovation and growth. Microsoft must compete with other tech giants and startups to secure the best talent. By fostering a diverse and inclusive workplace, the company can create a positive company culture and attract a wider pool of qualified candidates. In conclusion, while Microsoft has faced challenges, it has the potential to overcome them. By focusing on innovation, customer satisfaction, ethical AI, sustainability, and diversity and inclusion, the company can continue to thrive in the competitive tech landscape.

Xbox 360 shutdown

The Xbox 360 shutdown has caused me emotional distress and it wasn’t even necessary. Plus the new dashboard is just, well stupid it only looks good offline and I can’t play online games with a disc and a good dashboard.

Bypassing the BITLOCKER RECOVERY KEY SCREEN

I've been enjoying my HP xEnvy360 laptop until 2 months ago when Windows 11 needed updating After the update was completed, a green screen appeared BITLOCKER RECOVERY SCREEN which blocks unauthorized access. I was unable to access my computer until I typed in 48 numbers in the Key portion. FYI if you own an HP by Microsoft, be sure to access your Microsoft account and print out the RECOVERY KEY NUMBER. Also know, you can access the system and rid the BITLOCKER screen forever by doing the following: Press ESC - SKIP THIS DRIVE, Troubleshooting Adv option UEFI Restart - choose Security Category - SECURE BOOT/F10 SAVE - This might look confusing but it's easy and prevents BITLOCKER from repeating itself. Geeksquad was no help. Hope you find this useful. Thank you. I gave this 4-STARS because I love my laptop but hate Microsoft and their BITLOCKER crap

Woeful customer support

I have been trying to access support for my Microsoft Business account. It says there's a password error but its stuck in a rapidly refreshing loop that then doesn't allow me to reset it.Although I have spent ~£180 on a subscription when I call the helpline number it refers me to a useless online forum help.microsoft.com that has no guidance on how resolve the issue. You can't talk to a human and no chatbot is available. If you hold on in the hope you will get transferred to a human it cuts you off, whllst saying 'Have a nice day'!Meanwhile whilst I have been effectively locked out of my account, WITHOUT SUPPORT, it has auto renewed. I couldn't cancel it because...I was locked out, without support. So I have now paid a large fee for a service I can't access and worse than useless customer supportIt is absolutely woeful that a company as large as Microsoft, with the huge profits it makes, won't provide even the most basic customer support. My problem appears complex, so it requires a human to assist. If there was a credible alternative Operating System (Linux is for geeks) I would have moved a long time ago. Instead I am stuck with this bemoth that takes my money but gives no support when it malfunctions.

The worst customer service I have experienced

So I had a problem with my Xbox series X, the only way I can report the problem is on online chat, I was a trying to explain what the problem was (Xbox not recording) but it was not a person I was talking to but a computer, and it didn't understand what I was saying, I only said that my Xbox is not recording, quite simple to answer really. I ended up getting getting a call from a agent, he couldn't understand me, I was half way to explaining my problem and he cut me off, he put me on hold for 10 mins, I was then greeted from some one from Brazil, he did not understand a word I was saying and I did not understand a word he was saying. Is this really the customer service from Microsoft?I have a simple problem and want it resolved!
