Company is a joke. First you can't speak to someone who speaks English. They charged me almost 1000$ for an Xbox that i purchase off their website for the controller to break 3 months later. The response was it's an accessory. Exactly how is it an accessory when you can't play the console without it. They charge these prices. Make cheap products and then charge you 3 months later for a peice of equipment that you need. What a joke
So Microsoft issue a update for the bios the computer restarts and my pin is not recognised I no longer have any access to my old email address so now my 2k laptop is a brick and all my information is lost Well done MS just a complete shower of unless robbers

All I want to do is move a file from mu pc to a usb drive and its taken 20 mins of googling and messing around to to figure it out. Setup - need an account - skype and teams are awful - constant windows changes - privacy violations - onedrive on pc is horrendous to use
Microsoft won't take responsibility for their domains assigned failing. Set my disaster as a class C response and was forced to buy into a second account to work. Six days later Azure given ticket to call instead of 24 hours for business.Billing won't close account after telling them Azure tried to help do it. Just a bloody mess.
Back in the day I purchased a minecraft account and I have been playing on it for about 7-8 years. The last few I haven't and since mojang migrated with microsoft apparently my old account is not usable anymore. I asked the servicedesk if they could do anything for me and honestly I just got an automated message as reply linking me to an article that said if you haven't migrated your account before december 2023 you basically have to buy the game again. So for unhelpful and greedy service, 1 star
