Bullying

I have a laptop, but for some reason microsoft persist in showing my wife's private emails, but don't like me accessing our joint gmail account. Today I have been locked out of that joint account and had to access it using a search engine and only being granted permission to open my own emails through my wife's tablet! Totally inconvenient, but they continue to insist on my migrating to "new outlook" and suddenly replacing my normal access with this vile system.

One of our mailboxes simply didn't…

One of our mailboxes simply didn't work.We couldn't use it for 1 month.We spend hours to find reason also help diagnosing the issue.We couldn't respond to our customers for 1 month.We requested a refund for this service interruption, and we get this answer: "Unfortunately, this is not eligible for a refund."

My account got compromised and after 2 weeks with no answer, they decided to permanently suspend the account with no further contact. Everything I had on the account is now gone, especially my Minecraft account which I had for over 6 years. Very unhelpful and useless customer service.

No support waste time trying to get…

No support waste time trying to get help with one of their products previously purchased. Phone support chops off every time. chat support wastes time, not resolving problem.Is this company just pure greed? Gates and more not caring about their customers.

Absolutely terrible been charged for…

Absolutely terrible been charged for 365 account which I don’t use and they will not issue a refund even though no usage has been made. Customer service team was a chore to access and no help at all as they kept ending the web chat

Richest Tech with poorest customer service

Terrible customer service they will alter warranty info, fake repairs, no updates , remove order tracking and leave you dealing with incompetent customer service advisers who when you supply sufficient evidence to their scams they hang up ( note you won’t get any luck calling back and you will hit call back limit) disgusting company to deal with

Microsoft is at this stage one of the patetic providers

Microsoft is at this stage one of the most unable companies there is, with regards to upgrades and patches, 1st windows security update that fails for weeks now at end, 2nd with there xbox game pass app for windows. they seem to craps the major effect they have on 1 single bad move, together with Wild card they are a massive recipe for disaster. Months of time and effort down the drain, because they have developers that can't do there work right, or they don't care unless it brings in new/more money.

The Microsoft Surface Pro 8 is just…

The Microsoft Surface Pro 8 is just complete sh**t. Because the f**ked-up f**kwits at Microsh**t are thinking too small which is their f**king problem. Wanted a Surface Pro 8 with Windows 10 Professional (Windows 11 is just sh**t) and 2 Tb SSD because I have a Dropbox account and I wanted to be able to access my stuff. So I am just returning my Surface Pro 8 back to where I got it from (Laptop Outlet, which is also just sh**t too, because the people there are also f**king clueless f**kwits), because it is just sh**t.
