Taking money and no communication

Microsoft keep randomly taking money from me for a subscription for my grandson which was cancelled a long time ago. I've tried so hard to contact them, but no luck with chat or phone calls. Logging into my account just sends me round in circles.

DO NOT BUY REFURBISHED

DO NOT BUY REFURBISHED! I was sent a dysfunctional computer and spent 2 weeks of hassles trying to return it and get another one. They sent me a second computer that was half the value and had half the features of my original purchase. I’ve been requesting a refund for a month and waste more than 2 hours each time I call to follow up. I get transferred around like a hot potato and get false promises each time with no resolution.

Might be the worst company on the…

Might be the worst company on the planet. All they care about is money and your date with which they will be making money. Microsoft Windows is the worst operating system for its abuse on privacy. Unoptimized and running worldwide on so many computers and because of its unoptimizations is creating polution and waste. They control the biggest part of the corporation market with MS office, MS Windows and MS Teams. All of the software and hardware is utter trash proprietary and unrepairable.

Microsoft wrongly charged my credit card.

Microsoft wrongly charged my credit card for an Office 365 subscription. It has been impossible to get the charge reversed. Every time I contact a support staff they seem to understand that I should not have been charged. But they never actually return the money. Every time I contact them I have to start all over again with a new case reference OR INCIDENT REFERENCE number. Literally you have to explain the situation from scratch each time. Every time they agree to send me the chat transcript (upon my request) but they never actually do. Basically they make it impossible for you to get your money back and make you feel like a dog chasing its own tail. And recently to make matters worse you cannot even contact them by chat. Each time it asks you to login. And then asks you to login again and again. Can you imagine the world's top computing company with such crappy dysfunctional web pages. It is so frustrating and they will not ever return my money I think, so I have given up. It is simply not worth the headache. I will now look for Office alternatives. I HAVE GIVEN THE LATEST INCIDENT NUMBER TO SHOW THAT THIS IS A GENUINE REVIEW.
