Absolutely shocking customer service. I brought a new laptop and office 365. A year later it doesn’t work. Try and speak to someone at Microsoft, you’ve got no chance. I wish I visited trust pilot before I brought the laptop. Long story short, I’v sold it, Brought a new one and use Google docs for free. Don’t waste your money like I did
I redeemed a €50 Microsoft gift card on my account. After a few days I wanted to buy something with it and I saw that the credit had suddenly disappeared and was no longer on my account. Contacted Microsoft Support several times, but unfortunately without success. Case Number: 7041343890
It is regarding the Minecraft migrations.I had an email confirming the migration, i changed my PCs and forgot about my minecraft account. I wished to then play the game and it is now telling me i don't have it. I have requested to escalate on the phone to support which they are refusing to escalate and speak to me regarding it. I have told them i have a confirmation that the migration was sucessful and that I went through the process even having to create another profile just for the game. They've told me to speak to Mojang regarding it but it is incorrect and refuses to resolve this issue.I have attempted to escalate this with a manager on the call who said they can no longer help, the customer support agent named Sherif went to speak to was unable to speak to me at the time of the call.
Tried to force me to buy a storage upgrde for one drive by blocking my email and saying my onedrive was full. I didnt even put anything in there, the microsoft software on my computer automatically stored all of my computer storage in one drive so that they could then try to force me to buy a cloud storage upgrade. Scummy company
I feel Microsoft should be shut down to be honest because once again I will call it out the way it is they tried to charge me $46 to speak to a support representative after their last windows update destroyed my laptop I have tried to give them a chance to speak to me but now they will be speaking with my attorney
Three years trying to remove a 'cancel at any time' subscription. The whole system is designed so you can never remove the subscription. Three years, calls, emails and even cancelled the card they were debiting. A WARNING to all, despite cancelling the card, they somehow can still access the associated bank account and re-started charging the monthly subscription again. As a side joy, they recently 'hibernated' my skype account assuring my credit (noted in the email from them) would be there when I used the account again. Opened it to call MS help line on my subscription trap problem...zero credit. Stolen again. This is straight out theft.
