I used the wrong fuel and understand there was a cost. But they tried to take 1250 euros from my account several times without any prior notification or message. I only got the reminder later.I contacted support by email and phone, but no one replied for any of my emails, and over phone the support was very rude and just asked me to send any quires over email and there phone support cannot help.No proper explanation was given about the charges or payment attempts. Very poor service.

It is a great system as long as the users take care of it. Some cars also can have issues with tyre pressure, oil light which also can be annoying but you often can find a car close by ready for action.
I've been using Miles in Berlin, Germany, twice a day for several years. While the convenience is great, the condition of the vehicles has gone seriously downhill. The interiors have been consistently dirty — sticky steering wheels, leftover trash, stains on the seats, and unpleasant smells. It seems like proper cleaning between users is no longer happening. For a paid service, this is unacceptable. I hope Miles addresses this soon, as it’s really starting to impact the user experience.Could you please let me know what steps Miles is taking to address cleanliness and whether any improvements to vehicle maintenance are planned for the Berlin, Germany fleet?I look forward to your response and a prompt resolution.
The car I reserved for the day had some issues and couldn't be driven, but unfortunately I had already paid for it. Support responded to my message in 4 min, with the refund already in my account in another 2 min. 6 minutes total! I found another car and it was a great experience overall. Due to the timely support and flexibility of packages from Miles, I will be a returning customer!
