I really like Miles because it’s super convenient and flexible—there’s always a car nearby when I need one. Unlike other car-sharing services, you only pay for the distance, so I don’t stress about traffic or red lights. The cars are usually in good condition, and I like that they offer different models, from small city cars to vans. Plus, it’s great that I can just park anywhere in the business area without worrying about returning it to a station.
Amazing bad !!! They charge 30 euro for every time you start the vehicle again after parked . I used the car from 7-16 march in total got 2 invoices one of 530 and one of 430 . 960 in total ! Than they took 480 from my account still open amount 480 but this amount the don’t take off so till 630 euro is blocked on my account I need this money I sent email I called nobody can help me they say it takes 30 days the last one was of my account the next day so why the first one not ? Then my friend wanted to use the car we made new account for him after 2 days the say there is problem so we block your account the issue was not with payment nobody gives answer the next day the car is gone with all our stuff in it I called and emailed nobody is helping they say we need your friend on the phone he works constant and doesn’t understand English !!
Be careful with Miles. It's an okay service when everything goes as planned. I put a tiny scratch into a car, barely visible after a parking incident. They charged me almost EUR 5,000 and charged my credit card before even sending me the repair invoice. Pretty predatory tactics. I have a friend who worked there and he said this is part of their business model. So TL;DR, they kind of suck and just be careful.
Their reservation feature is a scam. We paid nearly 80EUR in reservation fees in addition to the rental fee, despite them saying it’s included in the price. That’s because if you miss the start of the reservation by one minute, they cash in the fees. No refund offered even when situation was explained to customer service. Misleading + a consumer scam.
