Great to get driving experience just after passing my test, feeling confident to drive and am happy that I get to use miles so much. Especially the Stunden Tarife so you can park outside of the city and drive back home afterwards

Smooth Upgrade, Quick Support, and a Well-Maintained Ride

Last Wednesday me and my friends need to drive for 1hour distance. But we actually planed that’s not very expensive rate. But we should upgrade the rate during the drive. It was really simple and quick to change it. We were about to end our car service, but suddenly, the engine wouldn’t turn off, which left us feeling very flustered and panicked. We hurriedly called for customer support, and it took less than a minute to get connected. Despite my nervous rambling, the representative was extremely kind and helped us resolve the issue smoothly.The best part was that even in a small-sized car, the rear camera worked perfectly and was well-maintained, providing a clear view.

False accident rapor

I am writing here to formally express my dissatisfaction with the extremely negative experience I have had. I received an email stating that the vehicle I rented was involved in an accident, but I want to make it absolutely clear that no such incident occurred while the car was in my possession.When I contacted your call center to clarify the situation, I was told that the report was incorrect. However, instead of providing a proper explanation or issuing an apology, the matter was simply closed as if nothing had happened. Additionally, none of my emails have been answered, and no justification has been provided as to why I received a false accident report in the first place.Furthermore, my experience with your call center was extremely disappointing. The representatives were unprofessional, indifferent, and unhelpful. This situation raises serious concerns about the accuracy of your claims and how your company handles such issues. From my perspective, this appears to be an attempt to mislead customers, which is completely unacceptable.Therefore, I formally request a written response addressing the following questions: 1. Why was I sent a false accident report? 2. On what basis was this accident report sent to me? 3. Why were my emails ignored, and why was the case closed without any explanation? 4. Who will compensate me for the stress and frustration I have experienced over the past two days?I expect this unjust situation to be addressed and resolved appropriately. If I do not receive a satisfactory response, I will have no choice but to escalate this matter further. I demand that my complaint be taken seriously and that I receive a professional and prompt response.

Miles Mobility in Frankfurt

Miles Mobility was great until I received a ticket and had to deal with their customer service. Long story short, I was given a parking ticket after parking on a residential street with managed parking (ticket machine). The parking sign stated that parking was permitted with a ticket or for residents only (Monday to Friday).On Miles' FAQ page, it says, "You can park there as a resident as well as with a parking ticket." However, this statement is misleading. Their Terms and Conditions (in short) state that you must not park in an area with parking ordinances within 48 hours.So what happened? After reading the FAQ (assuming it would provide all the necessary information), I believed I could end my ride in the residential area without purchasing a parking ticket. Well, I got ticketed.Thinking about it, unless you have your own parking spot, "free" or unrestricted parking in Frankfurt is very hard to find. So where am I supposed to leave the car when I'm done?I then contacted Miles' customer service regarding the discrepancy between their FAQ and Terms and Conditions. Yes, I admittedly did not read the Terms and Conditions line by line—because most people would assume the FAQ page contains all the necessary information. In the end, Miles was nice enough to refund the processing fee and pay the ticket (hence the two stars), but almost every response I received had a condescending tone.So no, I will never use Miles again, and I would not recommend this service to anyone unless they're really looking for a headache.

I completed a ride on Friday 7th and ended the ride. The full bill of €259.99 was settled from my account automatically straight away. Two days later on Sunday evening (9th) the full payment was taken from my account a second time. I called them Mon morning and was told to write an email with screenshots of payments. Did this, received a terrible generic response not actually answering the problem. Contacted them again, told it was being passed on the relevant person. Three days later and still no action taken from their side to resolve it and return the money. Terrible response given that they have effectively stolen €259.99 from my bank account. Will not be using their services again and strongly advise against it.

Miles has not reinbursed the payment of…

Miles has not reimbursed the payment of the gas that I paid with my own money. They changed the method of paying the gas - before each car had its own credit card, and now the users need to pay with the app - but that feature does not work at all. I paid with my own money because the payment through the app didnt work, and I sent the ticket to miles through a Chat Bot, which thats the only way to reach "them", and according to the ChatBot, I was going to get reimbursed. Now, one month has passed, I have talked finally to a "real" person, apparently, Sebastian, who said they already processed the reimbursement, which obviously its not true cause I have not received my money for a month now. Miles, please pay me back, and make sure the app works if you want to implement such features! You are playing with customers' money!!
