Review Time
3 days after renting their car they tried to charge me €100 for smoking in the car when I don't smoke at all and according to their data that they sent me at that exact place and time a guy passed in front of the car smoking a cigarette and the fact that a car draws air from the outside is not a secret knowledge but they claim that the detector is sufficient evidence and they tell me that I smoked even though it's a lie. I see in other reviews that such methods of deceiving people are their standardBesides, 8/10 of their cars that I rented were dirty and smelled very strongly of marijuana and had other defects as well, once I came across a car that was really dangerous to drive and since I was out of town when it happened, I didn't even have the opportunity to exchange it for another working oneI’ve only used their cars when there was any Poppy in the area and if you need a rental car better choose the red one, I use their cars often and never had any issues also never been accused like I’m now by miles
The network of gas stations accepted by Miles is very limited. There are issues even with those who are within their network. If you have any issue with refueling, CS is coming back to you within 3-4 months and actually they don’t help at all. They just pass you from 1 department to another. And always this German attitude: ‘customer is always wrong’
Company still sends me unnecessary invoices. Give more money to your customer support to not give out wrong information. You can check with my name about the issue. Thank God, i explained to my bank the situation and I got back the 360 euro you unauthorized charge me. I suggest anyone who is getting billed unauthorized by your company to do the same took 3 months but got it back.
I would like to understand how after writing tens and tens of mails to customer support when having an issue (a car literally missing a rear mirror, and being charged with myltiple unlocking fees). Not a single reply, ever. Quite embarrassing and unprofessional.
I used the Miles weekend offer to go from Berlin to Rüdnitz for a little weekend getaway. We were able to fit the luggage of four people in the Audi Q3 plus groceries, also the rental process was smooth in general. We stayed under 100km and paid 80€, which especially shared with friends was super affordable! Would recommend :)
I was recently charged 270€ out of the blue by MiLes without any prior notice or communication. This charge was for fees I needed to pay, which isn’t the main issue. The real problem is that MiLes took this money from my account without informing me beforehand—not even an email. This is completely unacceptable and highly unprofessional. It is outrageous that a company can simply withdraw funds from a customer's account without any prior notification or explanation. This kind of behavior is not only disrespectful but also deeply concerning regarding their business practices.I am extremely dissatisfied with how this was handled and urge others to be cautious when dealing with MiLes.
