Worst ever service, they keep on lying and cost us to loose our mobile connection for 10 days bow saying they sent the sim cards and they didn't send anything and they don't have a follow nb with the delivery co. + They said there is fiber connection in our region and they knew there wasn't it's been more than 20 days without internet: we had to buy a mobile subscription from another co... They rip you off with international calls. Free mobile advertises "Call internationally at no extra cost!", but then charge you for any calls to overseas mobile phones except for a small number of countries. Really dishonest company and I'll be changing to another supplier ASAP.

Whatever your plan would be, they would always be able to charge you extra. I paid monthly. My total bills for the year were €240 but they charged me €450. They are pathetic. I wrote them a letter to challenge it but they said they can't help. They charged me €10 just because due to some bank error my bill got delayed for 1 day.

I tried to cancel my Free mobile( I didn't realise they had signed me up to a plan - not just a one-month sim) as requested - all the documentation was in french!)I could not find any information on the website - no one in a physical shop would help - said I had to do it on line. The information I was given was to notify them in writing (done) and to send a registered letter (done via a company that specialises in this - cost 8Euro) - this was back in May. I have discovered they have continued to bill me 19.99 Euro each month even after cancelling. So I have now emptied my travelling Wise card and closed the account to stop them! I am not sure how to get my money back now. It truly is an appalling company. Lesson learnt- never pay for a sim card on a card- only use cash!

We paid 30 Euros for service which lasted for 3 days in Paris. The sim card went bad. They would not replace the sim card. We would be required to buy another and then fill out a form to apply for a refund. I will NEVER use this service again!
