Very bad company!! Within the first month of my €19 plan i received a text message from 'Free Mobile' stating I had an outstanding bill. As it was the first month and the website is somewhat unclear, I thought this might be standard procedure. Had to follow the link from the message and was asked to submit bank details in order to pay the bill, otherwise phone services would be suspended! It then said that I would receive a confirmation code via SMS (which I did not). This seemed suspicious and so I cancelled the bank card, before the scammers attempted to take out €1,290!!! Do not go with this company. Poor reception, there is never any 4G, often 3G does not even work!! It says that you can use this SIM internationally but I have been charged for calling English numbers, even English numbers in France.

Best price in Europe but what for? Very bad internet in France and never more than 2G in Europe (testet in Switzerland and Germany). Very confusing regulations. Free calls from Europe to Europe, from US to Europe but not from Europe to US! Hidden hints to make you spend lots of money! Think before booking!

Absolutely terrible service. So rude and cunning and took my credit card details without my knowledge. Can't think about my experience without wanting to cry. I was taken advantage of at the Paris store due to my french which is competent but not fluent, told I was not on a contract and had 19 euro of credit but was totally unaware that I could continue to be charged and would end up with a bill of over 100 euro. Now I have to send a LETTER (after a terrible experience at the Lyon store) to end the contract, knowing my card details are still on file- I didn't even provide them, they were taken straight from the vending machine I used to buy the SIM! Totally unclear. If you value your money and happiness stay away.

Oh Jesus ! I wish I could put 0 stars for this horrible horrible company. You are basically paying for nothing since it won't work ANYWHERE. you end up with a horrible bill at the end of the month because you try to load internet everywhere you go since it never works, and your bill is twice the amount you thought you would pay. I can't even load google or send a message, in the middle of PARIS! what is this company.....
