DON'T choose this company!!- ZERO SUPPORT: and if you are lucky and can talk to anyone they won't solve any problem, they will just copy and paste useless info.- OUTDATED: you have to manage everything with postal letters, if you want to end a contract you'll waste a lot of time and money sending the letters.- THEY WILL STEAL YOUR MONEY: I ended my contract with them, they cancel my SIM and then charged me another month, they did the same with the freebox contract.If you value your time, your money, and you don't want to feel cheated, don't choose free.

I was very unsure about choosing Free because I know they can be very sneaky and make you charge more than what's advertised but I needed something quick so I took it anyway. My advice: If you plan on living in France for a while DO NOT SIGN UP with this company. They always find a way to sneak in extra costs, despite having a 19€ plan. YOU GET CHARGED FOR TEXT MESSAGES internationally so it adds up quick. I ended up paying twice as much. Oh, the worst part- they still live in the 19th century and you have to send a letter in order to end your contract.
