Very pretty sofa

Everything was perfect with the order, the sofa is very good quality. I know ppl are complaining about the shipping time, but for us was not a problem..They responded pretty quick to our emails and they were very helpful with the questions we had.

Decent delivery time, questionable quality

Decent delivery time for the couch, quality is questionable. The foam in the sofa it's of poor quality, after sitting for one hour on it, the foam does not get back into shape, and basically, we have "a hole" in the sofa now and we can feel the wood under it. We got that just on the 2nd day of having the couch, so we are disappointed about it.Also, sending only one person for delivery it's not ok, the delivery guy was alone with his girlfriend in the van, and I would have felt terrible for him to carry a sofa up to the 4th floor alone. Luckily I was home to help him, it would have been awful if only my girlfriend were home.

Bad experience with bed purchase

I bought a bed from them. The wood panel inside was broken within 4 months of the purchase. After several attempts of complaining they sent the another part of the bed. Again that new part of bed was broken within 6 months. The wood panel they have used its not a good quality at all. I try to contact again but they haven't even responded my email. This is not the first time, I bought a child bed also and it was also not good quality and they even forgot to send a part of the wood for the bed. It was very bad quality bed. I don't recommend this Moderno. Waste of money.
