We ordered a bed

We ordered a bed, was told it would be delivered between week 5 and 7. After several emails to customer service, it arrived BUT with missing parts and additional parts of someone else's order.I have emailed them several times but zero response.We are now sleeping on the floor on a mattress as we got rid of our bed as we thought the right order will be delivered.Now we are stuck with no communication from customer service and their phone service never works even though they say the phone line is open on Wednesdays from 11am.

The customer service is terrible

The customer service is terrible, as other reviews state.Took many weeks before we got the item and when we finally got it, there was a piece missing. Then it took around 2 months for that to arrive. The guide for how to assemble the furniture might as well be in Chinese and the quality is lacking greatly. I definitely regret buying furniture through Moderno, which is too bad, because they seem to have a lot of nice furniture.

Customer service dont answer

You cant get hold anyone from customer service. No answers to phone calls or emails. I cant recommend this shop to anyone. Avoid3weeks and no product or updates

Where is the second part of my sofa??????

Where is the second part of my sofa? - ARRIVEDWithout any notification or update from Moderno, the second part of the Sofa arrived 10 days after the delivery of the first part. Now, I have all the elements I ordered, and I am happy with the quality, even though it is not the best. I would say that for the price, the quality is excellent. I will keep the low evaluation because of the horrible customer service and all the stress I had with my order. To avoid stressful situations, I would recommend you to select another company. Below is the original comment about the situation when only half of the sofa was delivered: Dear Customer Service,I am writing to express my extreme disappointment regarding my recent order from Moderno. I received delivery of my long-awaited sofa, only to discover that only half of the sofa was delivered. This is completely unacceptable, especially after the long waiting period I endured for the delivery.To make matters worse, I have been attempting to contact your customer service department regarding this issue, but to no avail. Despite numerous attempts to reach out via phone and email, I have received no response. This lack of communication is deeply frustrating and reflects poorly on your company's commitment to customer satisfaction.I expect prompt action to rectify this situation and ensure that the missing half of my sofa is delivered without further delay. Additionally, I request immediate assistance in addressing the lack of responsiveness from your customer service team. What a horrible company

What a horrible company! I thought (still kind of do think this is a scam)! We ordered our bunk bed on January 14th and have still yet to hear anything about an estimated delivery date. It's already 3 weeks PAST the 4-6 weeks I was supposed to wait. So disappointed. Customer service has been responding, but there's NEVER a solution. NEVER doing anything about pushing it forward, or even giving us clarity. It's beyond frustrating and ridiculous!! SAVE YOURSELF THE FRUSTRATION!!

Very nice! I have a wardrobe!

This review is a result of a very clever marketing. Follow up email with photos is something unique and touching you don't always see in automated, boring emails bragging for 5 stars trustpilot review. Kudos for that!Regarding the product – I’m happy with my wardrobe from Moderno that I ordered for about a year ago. Good polish 🇵🇱 quality 👌🏼

I ordered a wardrobe, the order arrived quickly, there were no problems with delivery, and they started later. no detail has marks, you have to guess what it is, as it was a wardrobe closet, it was difficult to guess. there were also not enough parts, which I had to buy myself. Quality is worth the money.
