This is the most untrustworthy company ever. The delivery home is simply a failure and when they finally after 1 month send the sofa the team that comes to our house is completely impolite. They just don’t speak the language and they dont do their work properly. If you then want to give back the product you bought then it takes again 3 months to come to the house and take it back. Of course they charge you for picking again the aofa. Don’t buy from them. Complete terrible experience.
Never buy from this store - their customer service is basically non existent and they are completely ignoring my messages. Not even talking about the fact that it's impossible to call them. Been waiting for my product for more than 2 weeks, and I have no information about anything at all. They even sent me an SMS with another customer's name and address, and asked if they can deliver some order to me that wasn't even mine. Like what? Absolutely unprofessional and seems scammy. Order number PKPDCLJUTMOD-33191Update 09/05/2024: Moderno proposed a new delivery date for today just to let me know on the day that they won't be delivering anything to me after all. They're a joke company and this customer service is unacceptable. I'll never buy anything from them again. Worst experience ever.
Delivery time was extremely long but it was definitely worth the wait! We ordered a bunkbed for our girls and were honestly a bit worried about the quality because of the mixed reviews but I have absolutely nothing bad to say about it! We areSo happy with it! I would definitely buy again.
So this is a second feedback I am writing here for the company. Bed ordered in April, until now i.e. September a missing part has not been delivered. Every week just a fake message that order has been sent be available at home and then a call that truck is met with accident or part is misplaced and many such reasons.Never seen an unprofessional company like this stay away would be the message.Not to mentioned they are good in email replying but not with finding a solution. They will always be polite with saying sorry but have no solution to offer.

I bought two bedside tables on March 30th (they were supposedly in stock and would take a maximum of 10 days to arrive). It's now mid-June, and I still haven't received my order. Dealing with their customer service is a nightmare. I'm constantly reaching out, only to receive empty promises and no action.This company is an absolute disaster. I deeply regret not checking their reviews beforehand. This isn't just a one-time slip-up—it's a recurring pattern of incompetence and deceit. It's infuriating because their catalog looked so promising, and I was excited about making significant purchases.Thank goodness I've realized what a scam this company is before wasting even more money. Save yourself the headache, frustration, and disappointment. Do not, under any circumstances, buy from this company. Spend your money elsewhere with a business that actually values its customers.
I will just add to the many others who have already written about their negative experiences here: this has been the worst customer experience I have ever had. The sofa I ordered is already one month behind schedule. I've had the delivery confirmation twice, but right before the delivery, I received a call informing me that the sofa couldn't be delivered either a part was missing or the driver wasn't available. I made all the necessary preparations and waited twice during the day for the sofa to come. This is the reason I had to dump my old sofa and get a new one as a temporary replacement. In addition to what I already mentioned, I received an email from Moderno suggesting that I should cancel the order. I strongly believe that by sharing my experience, many others would also benefit.
Super satisfied with the purchase and the service.It did had a little delay. But they did respond fast to our email and the delivery was made as soon as possible after.The bed is beautiful and very comfortable. The quality of the material are excellent and the mattress is soft and nice.The delivery guys came in time and delivered in the house.We are happy with our purchase.Highly recommend.
Our experience was good, the delivery time was advertised on the website we used prior to purchase, got texts as they started production and when they sent it and again with approximate delivery time.The product was good, very heavy duty compared to other flat packs we have purchased before. Assembly was a little tricky as we obviously have become used to the dumbed down IKEA manuals, and wasn’t used to there being 3-6 intricate steps on each drawing, but it got figured out in the end. All part was present for each of the 3 products we purchased.
Extremely long delivery time + 3 week delay. Super nice customer service lady Olga but customer service is open only once a week a few hours. Only because of Olga I’m giving 2 starts instead of 1.Now the delivery was a disaster, extremely delay and when finally arrived these rude ass swearing Easter Europeans show up. No one explains what they want and why they are there until they swear in Russian(I’m a native speaker in Russian and I was shocked of the level of rudeness). I have this on video so I sincerely hope this guy gets fired
