Review Time
I am very pleased with my experience! The package was supposed to take 6 weeks to arrive and the company was immediately apologising for the possible long wait HOWEVER! I have received my furniture just next week! The weather was awful- it was cold and very very windy that day, nevertheless my package was delivered! The drivers called me few hours before to tell me their time of arrival and they were right on time. I was informed about my package every step of the way - when was it send, where was it in transit. Moreover! The drivers were insanely nice and delivered the package right to my flat. I have not seen such great customer service in a while. The shop itself has beautiful furniture and they have unique furniture that cannot be found in any of the furniture stores here in Denmark and in a very fair price!I highly recommend!Dziękuję bardzo za przemiła obsługę i szacunek jakim mnie obdarzyliscie! :)
This has actually been a sad experience, I was waiting for my daughters' beds for several days, they told me one day and that day never came. In the end, this arrived when they wanted… I had paid to have this assembled and when they assembled it, it was not the model I bought and the men who assembled this broke the wood. Even so, I wrote in email and sent photos of what happened and they told me that they would help me with this, I never heard from them again. It is really very sad because the bed sounds terrible, the wood is broken and the model that I did not choose and without any response. One of the worst investments in my life.
