This has been hands down the worst shopping experience I’ve had with any company in Denmark.I ordered a children’s bed that arrived in the wrong size and was missing a crucial component — the bottom rack, meaning the bed was completely unusable. Despite the bold claims on their website about “fast delivery” and “customer satisfaction,” what followed was weeks of delays, excuses, and complete lack of accountability.Their customer service is a joke. You can only reach them by phone for a few hours on Wednesdays, and otherwise you’re told to email — but then days go by without a response. At one point I even received a message that literally said, “Sorry, I forgot to reply to you.” If it hadn’t been for my persistence, I honestly believe nothing would have been resolved.They offered to send parts for the wrong-sized bed, which I clearly said I didn’t want. After nearly a month of chasing them, they finally collected the incomplete bed and mattress and refunded me — but without any apology, compensation, or even acknowledgment of the time and frustration they caused.This company is not serious about customer care or responsibility. The service was careless, dismissive, and completely unprofessional. Avoid Moderno unless you’re prepared to fight tooth and nail just to get what you paid for — and even then, good luck.
Ordered in march 2 sofas, did not receive any of them. 9 weeks and still waiting here ... does that seems reasonable and acceptable to you? Horrible delivery time and no concrete answer when they are going to deliver them to us, just postponing week by week.I just want to receive the products that we paid for, and never have to deal with you guys ever away.STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY !!!
