Mr ABU ALAM
Dodgy and fraud dealer

I bought my peugot e 208 3 days ago. I drove that in the evening and in dark. Did not drive after that. Today found 2 cracks in windshield with clear sign of poor effort to repair. I called them today and they are saying they can't do anything about this.I mean who wants to have a car with cracked windshield. I always bought car from good dealerships, they always responded nicely if any issues. I have never experienced anything like thisFrom very begining, staffs are giving very confusing information. I gave an advance (£500) which I was told refundable if I don't like the car. We did agreed that I will come and test drive on friday and if I will bring car home same day if I like it. Then when I called them on Friday, I was told the car is not ready and will not be ready until next week. Then when I asked about advance they said I cant have it back as I already agreed to buy. When I asked about written refund policy, they said they don’t have any and will refund if I don't like the car.The car had a small dent in the door, back camera hazy. But as this was long journey from home(£80 uber cost) i still decided to buy.The car had a MOT in their garage which says everything is fine. But yesterday after full charge I have found after full charge milage showing 170 miles whereas it was advertise as 215 miles range with full charge. I was expecting at least around 200 miles in a 3 years old car.So many information were hided. Only a dishonest car dealership would do this to their customers

Failed to provide second key as promised

After months and months of calling and emailing and multiple promises to deliver me the second key for my car they never did. And now are saying they never will. @Pasha who promised to sort this out - appalling follow up and behaviour

Warranty scam

They are pushing people to buy their warranty even though that when buying a vehicle from a dealer you get automatically 6 months statutory warranty under Consumer Rights Act 2015 or even up to 12 months if you can demonstrate that the fault was present at the time of buying. (Not to mention the vehicle presented a lot of scratches on the body). When they've seen I know my rights they changed their mind and told me that the car is not ready for sale, to come at a later date then cut all contact and refunded the deposit. The car is still on the website a month later. Be very careful and even if you use this company do not go for the warranty scam!

I am extremely disappointed with my…

I am extremely disappointed with my experience at Motor4U Ltd. In March 2025, I part-exchanged my Peugeot 508 and financed a DS7 Crossback E-Tense through the dealership. I was sold a 12-month AutoProtect warranty for £1,500, which I was told would be comprehensive and cover all major components. This amount was added to my finance agreement with Northridge.Unfortunately, the vehicle broke down in June—just three months after purchase—and when I attempted to claim on the warranty, I was shocked to discover that no warranty had ever been activated. After repeatedly chasing the dealership via email and WhatsApp, the warranty was only finally set up on 9 July 2025, well after the breakdown, making it effectively useless for the issue I needed it for.Even more concerning, the policy that was eventually issued only covers £1,000, despite me being charged £1,500 and being assured it was "comprehensive." The actual repair cost, confirmed by a main dealer, is £4,870, leaving me with a huge out-of-pocket expense.Throughout the process, I was met with delays, vague responses, and a lack of accountability. No warranty documents were ever provided at the time of sale, and I only received them after escalating the issue myself. This experience has been incredibly stressful, and I feel let down both financially and personally. I trusted Motor4U to act professionally and honourably, but I feel I was misled, and the warranty was mis-sold.I would urge other customers to be extremely cautious and to ensure they receive all paperwork up front — especially for warranties or finance-related add-ons. I would not recommend this dealership based on my experience.
