Leaking Radiator. NO Help from Manager TAJ

Leaking Radiator comb. After 30min Manager TAJ checked and said all good when sold.He could diagnose fault for £109.00,this offer declined he said I can give you 10min look but to ring back next week. I telephoned not available will call back.I have tried again leaving messages with staff and answerphone contact was never returned. When purchasing the car they sold me a Motor protection policy.I have since contacted many garages they said we do not deal with them as the small print is ambiguous they will not give us the work order but decide after the work is completed if they will pay often the customer pays the full bill also the hourly rate is low and garages are not interested. Policy not worth the money

I don't recommend buying vehicle from this company

If you need a car don't buy car from this company as they are only care about your money and not about the customer.Other vehicle dealer provide short time insurance on car purchased for 5 day to 10 days depending on the car. For cooling period, this company don't even tell me there is no insurance on it, and I have to drive the car from there company to my location for about 3 hours with no insurance. Which is because the company did not inform me that there is no insurance on the car. Wouldn't have drive a car with no insurance. As it is high road offence. And I believe any staff in this company can't drive vehicle with no insurance. It is risky to do so.I call the company and all I was told it is your responsibility to know your don't have insurance on the first day of picking the car. And other company do insurance at least 5 days.

AVOID AT ALL COSTS

Multiple of the good reviews here are written by staff members from the business. I imagine the rest are fake/paid for. We tried to purchase a car from these guys and it was the biggest mistake. The owner and management hide behind their poor younger staff members (wouldn’t fault the girls who work there), until they decide they want to square up to you and threaten you for not agreeing with their techniques. we agreed to a price and the warranty on the basis that minor bodywork damage would be rectified by collection date. When we got there to collect, none of the work had been done and we were basically called liars for saying we had been told it would be. Kept our calm despite the staff becoming very rude and aggressive but were told we had attitude and then they even accused us of not having the money- why would we bother turning up if that was the case? After test driving the same car of same age from an official dealership it also became clear that there were mechanical issues with the car from motor4u, it drove completely differently. So a blessing really that we didn’t purchase their car. All in all, these guys are clearly con men who are happy to intimidate and bully to get their way, with dodgy warranties that I would steer well clear of. Disgusting company. DO NOT PURCHASE FROM HERE

Excellent experience from start to finish - 5 Stars!

I found Motor4u through Carwow and couldn't be happier with the entire experience. From the initial enquiry to driving away with my car, everything was handled professionally and efficiently.Hamid was absolutely brilliant throughout the whole process. He was incredibly helpful, knowledgeable about all the vehicles, and made everything very straightforward. No hard sell tactics - just honest conversation and genuine advice. He took the time to understand exactly what I needed and guided me through all the options without any pressure. The buying process itself was remarkably smooth and easy. All paperwork was clearly explained, and I felt completely confident in my purchase. The team made what can often be a stressful experience feel effortless, and I really appreciated the warm, family-business atmosphere. The car was beautifully prepared for collection, and Hamid kept me updated throughout. Everything he told me was correct, and he delivered on all his promises. Staff like Hamid are definitely worth keeping - he's a real credit to the company.Would I recommend Motor4u? Absolutely! Great choice of vehicles, excellent value for money, and outstanding customer service. I'll definitely be back for my next vehicle purchase and will be recommending them to friends and family. Thanks again Hamid - much appreciated!

Really good experience dealing with…

Really good experience dealing with Kumaran . He did everything I’d asked of him . I just turned up to the site without pre booking and was left to look at my leasure at the Nissan Navara . No hard sell just decent conversation with a decent guy. He did try and push for a warranty which I understand but made it quite clear I was happy to make my own judgement. The day of pick up they sent a car out to pick me up from the station which I was grateful of.Good atmosphere in the dealership, everything appears very open and honest . Hopefully all is good with the vehicle and like I said , I will definitely be back for another vehicle in the near future. Thanks again Kumaran all the best to you.Howard.

Beware fake reviews.

Personal experience of this company is completely at odds with the fake online reviews. Get vehicles inspected by a main dealer before parting with your money or signing anything and avoid the ‘warranties’ they sell under all circumstances.

On the whole.. a good experience

I found the car via Carwow so was unaware of the motor4u methods of payment. I visited motor4u and took the vehicle for a test drive. It had a few problems like the steering was drifting towards the kerb, the charging cable was missing (was seen in the photos online). It's a black car and the paintwork wasn't in the best condition with a few minor dents. I had the feeling the photos online were of another car with the number plates changed. The salesperson, "Asama" assured me everything would be sorted. They offered a "GardX" service which cleans the car inside and out for an Extra £500. I highly recommend this as when I came to collect the car a couple of weeks later it looked like new. The dents were gone and the paintwork brought back to life. I was also offered a warranty that cost £1250 for a year which I took them up on. I paid the £500 deposit on my debit card and was advised that the balance would have to be by bank transfer only (I didn't want their credit facilities). Apparently, this was clearly stated on the motor4u website which I hadn't seen. I collected the car a couple of weeks later. I checked the car over and everything seemed ok and paid the balance. I got as far as the petrol station about 2 miles away and noticed the engine light had come on. I took the car back and left it over the weekend for them to look at. They called me back and told me they reset the engine light but could not recreate the fault. I asked if the warranty had been activated in case of problems later. It had not but was told by Asama that he would look into it. I got the warranty email a couple of weeks later.Looking back on the experience a few weeks later I probably went there with the wrong vibe as I had read all the Trustpilot reviews and seen a lot of bad ones. I had a good experience throughout. I found Asama very helpful and knowledgeable. Everything he told me was correct. The car is still going well with no problems. Would I recommend motor4u..... Yes!

Liars and crooks. AVOID AVOID AVOID

Avoid this company. Only giving 1 star because 0 is not an option. They lie and withhold your money. Had the misfortune to buy a car from them in July 25. Charge £200 in lieu of logbook and service book for our part exchange. This was sent within 3 days by recorded delivery. No refund was processed so we called and were told “the paperwork is here and we will sort your refund” Another week and nothing. We called again to be told they hadn’t received the paperwork and wanted proof of posting. Proof that was disposed of when we were told it had been delivered as we thought that was it. Why would you keep a receipt when you’re told it’s delivered? Now they basically call us liars and say we haven’t posted it and it’s a bit “sketchy” in their words that we are not chasing this with the post office. I’m sure the post office will know exactly where this letter was amongst the millions they deliver daily. Please do not use this company they are thieves and lie
