I want to give this company no stars!!! They are a shambles I echo comments from other people. I ordered a pair of wedge shoes. £39. Took two weeks to arrive. Very poorly made. As soon as I looked for the refund policy… I knew I was going to have a problem.. there wasn’t one!.. email contact only. They tried to get me to accept a different size, style and pay then £9.95 to ship! Or 10% refund! They say ‘London’ but when challenged the rep said we are based in Asia. If I wanted to return I had to ship to china! At a cost higher than the cost of the shoes. Misleading and avoidance of any refund.

This is what I was sent: "If you'd like to return it, please note it needs to go back to our warehouse in China. You'd cover the return shipping costs, and there may be customs clearance fees (around £40, depending on the carrier and local procedures). Item took nearly 4 weeks to arrive and was NOTHING like the picture. Their website says returns are easy and free..this is not the case they make you pay to return to China..even though the article was posted from Southall. Just a huge con.. do not purchase from them!
I ordered some sandals that were supposed to be orthopaedic, from Mova. The smell of glue and plastic when I opened the package was overwhelming. The sandals were of a disgusting quality, too small and the plastic straps incorrectly placed for the big toe. Like other customers, I was told I would have to pay £50 plus taxes to return the sandals to China.(They even asked for a photo to prove I could not wear them which I sent begrudgingly in order to get a returns address. They didn't send it.)
Shocking - the shop is a sham. The item sent was excessively creased and of poor quality fabric. It would be unsuitable in anyone’s wardrobe.The company is not based in Amsterdam (as indicated on their site) but in China where, should you wish to pay the exorbitant costs, you may return the item. Don’t use this shop.
Much like everyone else who has bought an item through Mova London I've received an item that doesn't look like the advertised item and is absolutely unfit for purpose - a pair of 'orthapeadic' sandals that clearly weren't and were absolutely shoddy and useless. I tried for a refund and was told I would need to post to China at my own cost or keep them and geet a reduction on future purpose - as if I would ever buy from them again! I eventually put in a complaint through my bank to get the money back - but this company should be shut down! How is this allowed to happen? It is so obviously fraudjalent - not just the name but the quality and misrepresentation of goods and then the absolute refusal to refund. I wish I had read these reviews before ever purchasing - been stung and learnt a real lesson - I will from now on!
I bought a dress which wasn’t true to size , tried to find the returns on website but doesn’t allow you to click on it. I contacted them via email to ask for a refund, for them to respond by saying I would have to return it to their warehouse in China, and I would have to cover the cost which would probably cost more than the dress it’s self causing me to be at a loss. So overall their sizing isn’t true and the returns policy is shocking, I advise anyone to steer clear of this site..
