Avoid at all costs! Do not be fooled by the photos! The fabrics are cheap and nasty. Dress looked like something you would buy from Amazon for a fancy dress party. You can’t return anything as they cover themselves by saying sale items are nonreturnable and strangely everything appears to be reduced - funny that!
Absolute scam.The dress has arrived but it’s awful, cheap & nasty. The website appears to of been taken down, the emails I send bounce back and the phone number that I kept a copy of was a mobile.There’s no paperwork with the package so no means to return the item.£40 down the drain, disgusting.
I hate to think people intentionally set out to rip people off and i hate to blame people who set out to just try and build a company. But sadly however set up this company simply does not have the skills to run a business. Keep my money, and i hope you can take a break and re-think your life options.
Poor poor poor….what more can I say do not believe the returns policy they state on their website. They have no returns policy other than offering a 30% refund.My item arrived not true to size and no labels on. The maximum refund they would offer was 30% and keep the dress. They made out I would have to fore-fit the return coat back to china of £40? If I was to return the dress. Auto generated responses is all I got. Stay well away from making any pitches from this website!
Dress took weeks to arrive and she it did it was a different colour to the picture and the quality was rubbish. Was told I could return but products get returned to China (it wasn’t sent from China so why does it need to be returned there??) and I would have to pay the £40 return costs, which was more than the dress! Absolute sham.
DO NOT BUY from this company. Advertise as a company called “London”- says they are in the Netherlands but actually ship cheap awful items from China. Then will not offer a full refund as described but instead tell me I can pay £40 to send it back as customs fees were high. In the end offered a £5 refund or more credit to get even more hideous items. Shut them down.
Absolutely disgusted! I placed my order over 2 weeks ago now for a wedding at the end of this month to now find out this website is a scam?! I’ve just lost over £70 which I’m really upset about as that’s a lot of money. Now I have to fork out even more money to find another outfit but it has now completely knocked my confidence in online websites😢
This company is an absolute disgrace!!My complaint is exactly the same as all of the other complaints on Trustpilot.I was scammed too. Bought a pair of shoes for £33 which I then found on Shein for £11They refunded me £6.60 even though I asked them not to as I wanted a FULL refund. The shoes arrived looking nothing like the picture & were too small.After 3 weeks of communication & 71 emails later, they have now blocked me...I will not let this go as something needs to be done to stop this company from trading.Absolute scumbags!!
