AVOID at all costs! The quality is poor the sizing is awful, also the colour is not true to the picture! I am wanted to send this items back and unfortunately they are offering me everything but a refund! Also on their page there is no address or option to get a refund! Please do not use this company!
DO NOT BUY FROM THIS WEBSITE!Awful quality, awful customer service. I bought 2 dresses that took 2 weeks to arrive, they looked nothing like the images on the website, cheap fabric, poor quality make. When I tried to return them I received an initial email from the customer service team requesting images of what they had sent me, when I tried to send the images all my emails were undeliverable. Despite multiple attempts over email and phone I could not reach anyone to send me the returns address and received no further communication from them - £70 down, an expensive lesson! I wish I had researched the brand before I parted with my money, please share with your friends and do not make the same mistake.
I ordered two dresses and that were different from the pictures ,I asked to start a return, they wanted pics., then offered vouchers, then another offer finally told me if I wanted to return items I would have to send them back to China and gave me an address and suggested cost of returns were more than the items cost, this was not the easy return and full refund they advertise, would never use them again.
Fist the name Mova London should instil confidence.Naively it did for me.Should have read the reviews first that was a lesson learned.It also gives an address in Amsterdam which is highly doubtful.I will mail them but not holding my breath.Fist they weren’t the quality advertised, thin and not the thick (denim) quality I expected from the picture. My experience with real cargo pants have zips or buttons on the pockets for security when used for, as they put it (adventure)these don’t. Don’t know if any government department could do anything about false advertising (London name) and supposedly false “reduce” sale price but I definitely won’t be using them again and it would probably cost more to return than the £34 I paid.
Stay away from the company. I ordered two of the same dress on 11th July I was told they would arrive between 3-7days. I only received 1 of the dress the other one never arrived. I tried to return it but the just kept offering credit and said I would have to pay £40 to return. The one dress that did arrive was awful and not worth the money. Avoid Avoid Avoid. It looks as if it has closed the website has gone.
I would not rate them at all. Please do not Order from this website. Quality not good and clothes don’t fit. You also will not get any refund although website says 30 day guarantee refund. You are just throwing away money. This company should not be operating at all. Please avoid
Scam. Do not buy from this company. The clothes I ordered seem to bear no relation to the size guides on their website and are also incredibly cheap, flimsy material. No one from the apparently non-existent customer service replies, so it is impossible to make a return or get a refund. The only solution seems to be checking with credit card companies if the charge can be reversed or else the UK small claims court.
Very bad experience: I’ve ordered KLARISA | STYLISH BLAZER JACKET FOR WOMENRegular price £93.00 (ha ha !) Sale price £46.95 . What a joke! It looks pretty on the website but it looks nothing like this when I received it in post. First of all they have addresses from London on the website but the product is coming directly from China. This is not a problem because most of the products nowadays are made in China. The problem was I tried to get a refund and they asked me to pay for the return to China £40 , for I don’t know what taxes… So I’m left with the jacket.🤷♀️ I know that everyone’s experience could be different. But I will not recommend you to put your money into a product from this website.
