I'm tired of receiving these polite, copy-past responses saying how sorry Mova London is and that they never intend for customers to feel unsupported, yet no one ever replies to emails or pick up the phone. Stop making a joke out of your costumers and issue the refund. This has gone on long enough.
Ordered 5 dresses, kept one tried to return two, rest never arrived! They want picture of dresses to be returned, but the site is not opening up. I think it's now shut down. Stopped trading. If it's still trading don't buy anything from them they are unreliable and dishonest.
Bad experience. Same as everyone else here. They sent me a pair of shorts, quality utterly dismal , not resembling the advertised product at all. Multiple emails eventually revealed they have no uk returns process. Had to send back to China which cost £20. Damned if I was going to keep them and accept 30% credit. What an awful business. Still waiting for credit
I have had to learn a lesson the hard way , cut a long story short!, I went to return some ladies clothes , they were poor quality not linen , really just cotton poor quality, to return to CHINA THE CUSTOMS & postage which I would have to foot would be three quarters of the cost of the items , so they offered me 10% back & keep the skimpy size poor quality items , you have no choice really SO BE CAREFUL WITH THIS COMPANY, the items are not what’s advertised on their website, CUSTOMER SERVICE, I must say were helpful

The same issue as everyone says. Goods I received were not as advertised. The response is a 10%. Refund and keep the item. Or return for full fees with high costs. Same as previous reviews.Shoddy goods.Impression that you are dealing with a British based company that has hassle free return policy.Not the case.Offer 10% discount rather than return. When declined email you with a threatening email explaining complicated returns procedure involving a cost in excess of the original purchase price.DO NOT DEAL WITH THIS COMPANY.

There are no brand tags, wash labels, poor quality fabric, and no policy for refunds unless you email them! RED FLAG!
I ordered a dress on 6th August. Dress turned up on 15th August, 2 days after the event it was intended for.The website says the dress is satin, which it is not!I contacted the seller to return the item and I am shocked and angry to hear that it will cost me more to return the item to china (including covering customs costs!) than what the dress is worth. Im so angry to have lost so much money with this company.
