Feeling totally duped. Dress arrived longer than anticipated wait. Ordered for teen daughter. The dress was so small, and my daughter’s dress size is 6 - 8. The dress looked nothing like it did on the website. Absolutely terrible material. Really cheap and horrible to feel. The material was so thin it was see through! In general, it is very badly sewn. Return process is shocking! You are told returns are to China at a cost of £40.00 or keep the dress and offered 5% refund. They then offered a replacement but I needed to pay £9.95 shipping. Was then offered 10% refund with 120% store credit. When asked why couldn’t have a full refund was told the item would need to be returned to China @ £40.00 first. In the end I accepted 15%, which is nothing, because I got fed up of emailing (a week of emails). Sadly, it was my daughter who paid for this dress and I wanted to get the money back for her. I haven’t checked if the 15% has been processed yet as was only agreed today. It seems Mova London will do anything to avoid refunding you. Will never use this company again and feel others should avoid it too.
This is a scam business if they do not refund your full money then raise a dispute with your bank and the Bank will be able to collect the funds for you. Don’t let them get away with it. I’ve managed get all mine back!
Yet again this company claim they will review your concerns and find a good outcome for the customer The so called Mova Team is total rubbish do not believe anything the company says...rubbish goods and rubbish customer care..AVOID THIS COMPANY THEY ARE A SCAM .
AVOID!!!I would give this no stars if I could!! Do not waste your time and money on this company. I ordered multiple dresses and received absolutely no tracking whatsoever. I had emailed to ask to cancel my order when i felt something was off, which they had told me that they couldn't cancel as my order was in transit. However when asking for tracking details and date for when my order had been despatched I was simply ignored. Once telling them I will be going through trading standards we hit a stale mate and have not heard from them since.
Shoddy garment not fit for purpose. Not as described on website. No branding or size label. Didn't fit. Refund unavailable as return is customer pays for customs and tracked mailing to China. Do not purchase from this company. UPDATE: I persisted with emailed complaints and asking for a refund to no avail. Eventually took it up with my bank who got my money back from Mova London.
Appalling quality, nothing like the picture whatsoever. One of the most horrendous clothing items I’ve seen. I stupidly purchased several items spending £200 so I am now in the process of trying to return them - to China which has cost me a further £40 and I am pretty certain I will never get my money back as they will no doubt tell me that there is an issue with the return. Total and utter SCAMDo your self a favour and AVOID.
Classic bait and switch scam operation, please DO NOT purchase from this company. Products that arrive are not as advertised-they are evidently stealing images from other companies and attempting to reproduce the product in China. When I requested a refund they asked for £40+ for return fees or instead offered a voucher for 50% off my next purchase with no money returned. I have raised a case with my bank for scamming/fraud, AVOID AVOID AVOID!
