Read the reviews before you buy....

Do not buy dresses from this company. They are shipped from China, the returns are to China at considerable expense, this should be made very clear on their site. I thought I was buying from a UK based company. I bought two dresses M & L , neither fit, the material was filmsy and looked nothing like the picture on website. Not worth £40 each glad it was sale price , don't waste your money, quality is crap

Do not use this website

I needed to return an item and was informed I would need to pay postage and customs to return to China at a cost over £40 for an item which only cost £35. Their website states a UK address and at no time does it state you will need to return any items to China. The statement of fast and easy returns is misleading as is the UK address on the website. It has cost me undue stress.

I bought a lovely dress but the style did not dit my body type so i wanted to return it. I came across an email address to return the item but after numerous attempts still no reply. I came across the reviews and realized that I've been scammed. I thought I was buying from a london company. Please do not order anything from Mova London or if you do, do not expect a refund as it is non existent.

Ordered a dress from here and not only did it take 2 weeks to arrive but the quality and fit was rubbish. Tried to contact for a refund but emails kept bouncing back and server wasn’t recognised. Absolute scam!!!

This is a Rogue Company and should be removed from the internet. Rubbish garments, dishonest web site and no returns except to China at almost the cost of the item. THE WEBSITE SAYS FULL REFUND for returns within 30 days.(BOLLACKS) They offer 10% of your purchase and you can keep the crap, they don’t want the crap back.DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY. SCAM COMPANY.Hopefully Trading Standards can do something about them.

Marketed as Mova London but the supplier is in China and the return process is deliberately designed

This company markets itself as Mova London but the supplier is in China and if you need to start the return process you will find they do everything they can to stop you receiving a full refund in the 30 days as per consumer rights in the UK. I was asked to provide a photograph of the item before they would advise how to process a return. Then they offered a replacement in a different size but I would have to pay £9.95 for shipping to / from China. Then when I confirmed I would like a refund as I didn’t want to risk another size not fitting with how long it took to ship in the first place they replied to say I would have to cover shipping and other costs that amount to more than the dress is worth. Terrible customer service designed to deter you from your statutory rights as a consumer

Poor quality goods and inaccurate returns information

This experience was a cacophony of poor customer service experience from start to finish and much of what they have on their website misrepresented their product and returns process. Firstly, the item was not delivered in the time frame suggested being over a week late to arrive. When it did arrive the quality was appalling and did not represent the images or description on the website. Being told throughout the process, after I enquired about a return before even the item was delivered, given it was later than I needed it, I was reassured once received I was easily able to return the item. Well this was the biggest lie!! The item cost me just under £40, yet the returns process required me to send the item to an address in China which would cost me just over £40!! Then I could get my refund - go figure!! The maths clearly doesn't warrant a return. Eventually the best response I could achieve was a 30% refund on my item and being able to keep it - what elation! It went straight in a charity bag but even then I'm not sure it would be of any value. Absolutely awful customer service and poorly represented information. Could not, not recommend, this retailer highly enough.
