Rogue company DO NOT BUY anything from them! I am still waiting for a product several weeks after expected delivery date and they won’t cancel the order or refund me.. after many emails this is my last after which they offered me a discount voucher if I spend more money with them on another purchase. ‘I see now that you are a completely scam company! I have now read thereviews and I see that you have no scruples whatsoever! My Mother is 85years old with poor health and was looking forward to receiving these shoesas she has very painful feet! Each day that passes she has been waiting forthe relief they offered in the description given and I was excited to helpher. I do not have much money and cannot afford to purchase another presentor to buy her alternative shoes. I see the return process is expensive anddrawn out and from what everyone is saying the shoes are likely to be substandard andnot as described in the advert.Your company is clearly unethical and you are causing anxiety, anguish andsuffering with your substandard approach to business. People can seethrough the polite emails you send as you are clearly well aware of yourshoddy products and services and the unhappy state of your customers. Iwill be posting this on every review site available until you refund me.
I bought from here and they arrived 2 weeks late. Requested a refund and asked them to pay for the shipping due to the delay and they said it would be £40 as it was in China. Online it reported the warehouse was in Amsterdam hence why I bought.Offered me 10% refund or 120% store credit - I declined and replied to email but it was unable to deliver. Now can’t get refund.
This is a SCAM company. I bought shoes, way too small from usual size. Returned to UK address on parcel, by tracked, PROVED received by tracked and picture. Told they need to send to CHINA before I get refund and could take weeks. Asked for immediate refund, they offered % off price and keep shoes, although they have the shoes that don't fit. They just want you to give up as they make transactions exhausting with no intention of giving you back any money. Going to report them. UPDATE now only offering 25% REFUND as I paid to return to UK return address, they then return to CHINA, the deduct that from refund. They offered 140% deal and I pick something to that value but their goods as such poor quality I wouldn't want it anyway. Why not just return my money as THEY sent me size 7.5 shoes and my toes couldn't even fit into them. So FALSE advertising. Their English reply emails very detailed so they know what they are doing. just SCAMMERS. UPDATE chased again for my refund. Email bounced back. Be carful any companies not recognised on Instagram. Not worth the hassle.
When my order eventually turned up I was horrified @ the cheap & tatty quality. I could see a return UK address BUT was told the items had to be returned CHINA .Every indication was that it was a British company.I enlarged the pictures of the garments & they looked really good.Obviously used different materials for the mock up .!They refused to refund my money other than to give a tiny percentage.They said that the Taxes & postage would cost me more than the cost of the items The clothing is in the dustbin as it is not fit for purpose. My local market has better quality than this Chinese rubbish.IF I could give them minus 1 star I would.I unsubscribed but they have the gaul to email me to buy from them again. STEER CLEAR.
The item i bought was £35 and is totally cheap crap. I wanted to send it back they told me it would cost £40 .how does that make sense then they offered me 10% and keep the crappy shorts they sent .honestly do not buy anything from these it's embarrassing and they should be ashamed of themselves
Same issue as everyone else. Duped by their location being in China despite registered in UK. I saw that someone else had contacted their bank so I did. Raised a dispute and got a refund the next day. So suggest you all do the same if you’ve been scammed by Mova. They may eventually be shut down!!!
Unfortunately I appear to have fallen into the same trap as everyone else, ordered something which is way too big and need to return, have e-mailed as this is what it states to do and have heard nothing. And I have now just come across the reviews. Their appearance is that they are in London, but clearly are not and are scamming people as there is no way you can return unsuitable items.
