Fraudulent Business Practices

I bought what was advertised as a designer blazer. The picture showed a stylish blazer, but what I received was a cheap polyester rag that was unwearable. They promote themselves as a London-based service, but they are actually based in China. Please steer clear of this fraudulent company.

Misleading Product Description

I ordered what I believed was a men's aviator-style jacket. What I received looked nothing like the picture, and the material was extremely cheap and poor quality. When I requested a refund, I was informed I would need to cover the return postage. This is unacceptable, as the product was completely different from what I ordered. I will not shop with this service again.

Feel sad that I did not look at reviews…

Feel sad that I did not look at reviews first . Been mugged off for £90.00 . Items took 19 days to arrive after me chasing several times . sleeves are out of proportion to rest of coat. Will suit a Trex. 10% refund offered.

Do not use this company!

Despite the name Mova London this is a cheap Chinese based company. Parcels take forever to arrive and when they do they are seriously disappointing! the items look nothing like the advertised images. When you try to return items there are no free returns and it costs a fortune to send items back to China (my £46 coat cost £26 to return and I am still waiting for my refund!) DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!!!

Men’s gray winter camiflaged winter jacket

First jacket I received was very good quality.I was very pleased,,,apart from the size which a large medium,when I ordered a small ,, so I reordered as the quality was good ,, it arrived right colour, right size but a very cheap looking jacket completely different from the other one , should have been fur lined like the other one , but instead a very cheap fleece lined which was zipped in , not happy would definitely not recommend this company
