One star is to much but could not do minus stars. Website looks legit but my order took 2 weeks to arrive from china in a crappy plastic bag. Complete FAKE! Levi shirts very poor quality no levi labels I side care labels basic and terrible. How in this day and age with technology are we getting very easily ripped off it was the first header bar of Google that sent me there, endless bad reviews yet still listed at the top on Google???. What a joke, chasing a refund but they want me to send back to china!!!. No chances reported to shopify, by bank account and trading standards. AVOID!!!!
Awful company. Miss-represent their company as being in London but the items are coming from China or Amsterdam. Terrible quality, expensive prices. Offered part refund or to send back to CHINA!! rip off company. How can this company be ok with taking peoples hard earned money. I'll be reporting to my bank to get my money back.
This brand presents as a London base brand. There is no space for consumer comments on any of their social media. They’re actually in China and insist that consumers pay for returns to mainland China. My 82-year-old mother bought a cardigan and was offered a 10% refund unless she went to the post office and posted an expensive parcel to China.
DO NOT buy from this web site. Mova London. Hope everyone looks here. They do not accept returns than other it is costing you £50 returns. They are not in the U.K. China exact rip off......... But they think that ok. Nothing on the web site is correct. They use other manufacturers pictures. Quality is SO poor. Horrible people that operate at this establishment in China.
Mova London is actually Chinese goods shipped through the Netherlands. I ordered some stuff, 7 days later it still was not showing as dispatched. I complained and asked for a refund, suddenly the parcel was “shipped” and I couldn’t have a refund. A week later it’s still not here. Given the other reviews I’m expecting a very expensive dishcloth. Do not order anything from these people.
This company are not a UK company and do not have a London returns address. They do not adhere to UK customer rights. No refund provided within 14 days of receiving goods. No refund on faulty goods. They state you have to send back at your own cost to CHINA before they will issue refund. The product (boots) received were of poor quality, did not match photo or description, were not leather. Arrived in bubble wrap, folded and creased. No box. Cheap cheap quality. £65 wasted
Do not buy from this company!!!! Wish I’d have found the reviews sooner. Ordered a pair of trousers for my lad 3weeks ago, told delivery would be 7-8days and still not received anything.I tried cancelling my order last week as it still hadn’t been processed and then all of a sudden they were marked as dispatched they can replied back to my email saying that they’re unable to cancel now as my orders been dispatched. They may well turn up at some point but won’t be holding my breath, also reading 100’s of reviews even if they do turn up they’ll be going in the bin as sounds like all they sell it’s the poorest of quality tat from china.Please don’t order anything from these scammers
AVOID! AVOID! AVOID!Absolutely atrocious company!!Ordered what supposed to have been a "tailored silhouette " black ladies coat. OMG! They use photos of garments that are NOT!!! what you end up with!!! Wish I could post photos of what they advertise and what you actually receive.I paid £45 for an extremely poor quality excuse of a coat!! It's disgusting!!!Tried to complain using my consumer rights, they offer you a paltry 10% refund!! And say you dont have to return the garment. Because they're shipped from China, not as youre led to believe that its a UK Company, so the shipping cost would be more than the actual thing is worth!!!How are they allowed to get away with this is beyond me They've totally ignored my last two emails, so even they advertise "easy 30 day returns" please do not fall for it...youll end up with a crappy bit of material, and be out of pocket !!!DO NOT USE THIS SO CALLED COMPANY 🤬🤬🤬
Mova London responded on Trust pilot, requesting I email them, straight after I gave them a ‘shocking’ review, last weekI did as they asked & surprise, surprise, I’ve still had absolutely no response from them I would advise everyone to stay away from this company, after never receiving my order of shoes, placed on line, on 28/19/2025They simply ignore all communication - truly dreadful company to deal with
