I’m just glad I didn’t pay full price. I know that the internet is saturated with all kinds of positive reviews, but with my experience, I should not have trusted them. I got a ring and a bracelet. Within 10 days, one of the magnets fell out of the ring. And just yesterday, after only 6 weeks, one of the balls with a magnet fell off the bracelet and there is no way to re-attach it. I can’t even tell you if there were any benefits from them because they didn’t last long enough for me to determine any change. Total waste of money.

Product broke within the first 3 wks. I reached out to CS, they responded days later and letting me know they would send a replacement. Im still waiting. I reached numerous times without a response. I had to dispute the charge on my bank.

On January 11, 2025 I ordered a Calmi Ring and was hoping to try it for sleeping disorder. Approximately 10-14 days later I received a Calmi box with no ring inside. After several communications with the Company I was asked for a photo of the empty box which I did. Today, March 6, after about a dozens emails I haven't heard back from the Company. It's unfortunate that the Company does not follow up to what was a mistake, empty box. They were fast to take the payment but not so fast to ensure the merchandise was delivered to the client. I gave them the benefit of doubt by waiting several weeks to see if they would correct their mistakes.
