Review Time
On January 11, 2025 I ordered a Calmi Ring and was hoping to try it for sleeping disorder. Approximately 10-14 days later I received a Calmi box with no ring inside. After several communications with the Company I was asked for a photo of the empty box which I did. Today, March 6, after about a dozens emails I haven't heard back from the Company. It's unfortunate that the Company does not follow up to what was a mistake, empty box. They were fast to take the payment but not so fast to ensure the merchandise was delivered to the client. I gave them the benefit of doubt by waiting several weeks to see if they would correct their mistakes.
I was looking forward to trying this ring. Got my ring and within the first few weeks lost one magnet. Reached out right away, got an email response asking for pictures showing the damage. Did that. Got another message apologizing and stating a replacement would be issued right away and should get an email response with a tracking number. This was back in early March, we are now April. I have followed up three times now via email. Responded to the email I got and sent out another new request as I felt I was being ignored. I have no replacement and no email, so now all I have on my finger is metal in the shape of a ring because since my initial email, I’ve lost the other magnets.Very disappointed as I had high hopes for this and the lack of GAF that they have for something they sold and that isn’t working as they promise it will is very frustrating.

I am a retired RN & was not expecting a miracle. I have RA with extreme pain in my feet & ankles with neuropathy. I rarely get a good night’s sleep.Not sure how it works, but I have slept like a baby since wearing the ring & wake up with a lot less pain!

I ordered 4 rings and a bracelet and received only two rings and the bracelet. I wrote them asking why haven’t I received them all in one parcel. They never answered my email and there’s no sign whatsoever that they will planning to send me the rest of my order… basically got robbed from 100$. I’m still thinking the whole thing is a scam.
