Shockingly bad customer service, my ring has tarnished really badly within months of getting, you can see the copper coming thru, they answered first email and asked for photos and never heard from them again, do not buy from this company, they’re happy to take your money but that’s it!
Questionable customer service. It sounds great but I think it might be AI and never solved the problem! I ordered 2 rings and the magnets fell out of the silver one after a week. I sent them a message and they responded very quickly saying that they would send a replacement and tracking info would be sent shortly. I never got tracking info and continued to emailed once a week asking about it for a month and a half with no response at all. There are no phone numbers to call the company and so I got nowhere. Sad because I would love to recommend this company but I think customer service is a very important part of running a successful business.

Honestly, don't buy this product!Magnets fell out within a couple of weeks, have been emailing them CONSTANTLY since then with literally zero acknowledgement or response. Also, the metal colouring is a little off, looks super cheap, although silver/black may be OK, but still, don't do it!
