The ring is listed is one size fits all but was way too big. Tried to return and you have to pay to ship it all the way back to China, which would have cost more than I paid originally ($60+). Really regret the purchase and would not buy again.

Order has not arrived and is stuck in Customs, have tried emailing customer service at Calmi and emails are ignored. Do not use & would not recommend! I’ll be taking a complaint further to the US version of trading standards.

Ordered at the end of November, tracking showed out for delivery on Dec 14 then showed unable to deliver on Dec 15, despite me being home all day. Spent the next several weeks chasing the courier for an update (tracking stated they would attempt to deliver again in 24-48 hours) then Jan 3 received email from courier stating package is lost and to reach out to vendor. Emailed MyCalmi but didn't receive a response, followed up again yesterday and still waiting. Currently out of pocket over $100 CAD, and not very happy. Anyone any idea how I go about getting my money back?

Positive reviews must be fake for the Calmi magnet ring. I fell for the Calmi claims and experienced nothing that they stated could or would happen!! They claim money back guarantee…but you can’t get a refund only a credit to buy another fake product. DO NOT waste $50+ on the fake ring!!!
