Review Time
I ordered 4 rings and a bracelet and received only two rings and the bracelet. I wrote them asking why haven’t I received them all in one parcel. They never answered my email and there’s no sign whatsoever that they will planning to send me the rest of my order… basically got robbed from 100$. I’m still thinking the whole thing is a scam.
Well, interesting. The review on their website only allows you to put in five stars. I bought my rings in February 2025. I could not get the ring to close tight enough to wear. (I am a size seven.). I asked customer service to return them. They gave me a hard time until they finally gave me a return address in Dongguan, Guanadong, China. I sent them a tracking number. Now it sits there for the last two months and customer service will not email me back.

Awful product and poor if not non-existent Customer Service. The ring makes me very dizzy if I wear it -- almost immediately upon putting it on I get very sick. I asked to return it and they only responded once with a canned response -- wanted to send me another one at my cost which was ridiculous since I can't wear it -- it makes me dizzy and nauseous. Don't waste your money on this product.

SCAM! DO NOT BUY! I ordered a ring. What arrived? Insoles for shoes!!! I emailed several times trying to get it sorted and find out where the actual order was - zero response. Not even sure they have a customer service. I even DMd on Instagram, nothing. I tried to get my money back (£55!) via my credit card provider. But Calmi created a fake email to say they'd contacted me. So despite never receiving that email, the case was void and Calmi kept my money. This is a complete scam, a fraudulent company. DON'T waste your money.
