ABSOLUTE WORST!!

This company is a total scam. They "misdelivered" my item, it never arrived, and they will not respond to emails to rectify the problem. Customer service is non-existent. $60 down the drain!!!

Buyer's beware!!

Positive reviews must be fake for the Calmi magnet ring. I fell for the Calmi claims and experienced nothing that they stated could or would happen!! They claim money back guarantee…but you can’t get a refund only a credit to buy another fake product. DO NOT waste $50+ on the fake ring!!!

Missing / Lost Orders

I ordered two Calmi rings as Christmas gifts, allowing a month for delivery. I purchased shipping insurance, but my package was lost for weeks. Customer service apologized and said they were working on it, but I received no updates. After requesting a refund and no response, I forwarded an email from a rep promising a refund if the package didn’t arrive by Christmas. They refunded my order but deducted the insurance cost and offered no explanation for my missing package, which has now been lost for 1.5 months.

3 bracelets broke sent pictures for proof

I purchased 2 bracelets from calmi, my fiance suffers from anxiety and I thought it would be the perfect chrismas gift for him in this case. 2 weeks later it broke so I reached out to calmi customer care who said they would send a replacement but if this was to happens again I would receive a full refund . Week in a half later the replacement broke . I reached out again and requested to do the refund, but instead to ignore my emails and just sent me another replacement. When I received the replacement , I reached out again and said I wanted to send it back along with the others back if they felt I was dishonest . No response from calmi. During this time again ...the replacement broke at this point am confused of why there product is not holding up and why are there not responding . I sent another email stating how disappointed I was in their product and customer service , and still I have not heard back .3 replacement was sent and all 3 replacement broke .

I would urge you to consider NOT buying…

I would urge you to consider NOT buying from this company purely because there is no customer service. I have been emailing since before 21st December 2024 regarding a purchase with zero response. If you receive a faulty product or you have a query or concern there is no way to address this or receive any recompense.
