They never answered to my emails, they never placed my concierge order 432601 and they never refunded me. I stated the transaction with my bank fraudulent and i opened an investigation so i can get my money back. Stay away from the people in myGermany as they are scammers.
Highly recommended. I've used them on multiple occasions, was always satisfied with their professionalism. They saved me a lot of money. I am only giving them 4 stars for the last shipment I did through them, previous interactions are all 5 stars. My last order was 2 weeks before December and they where too busy to forward it in time before Christmas. But they got back to my emails the next day, apolgized and assured me everything was OK and moving ahead, just it will take a bit more than usual.
Have been using MyGermany for a few years now. Majority of the time receipt/consolidation/shipment progress quickly and efficiently. Website is a little quirky but once you are used to it, its very straightforward. Whenever there were minor delays, or missing packages - emailing MyGermany team is easy, and things get resolved promptly. So overall, no issues in two years, packages are well consolidated and well packed avoiding damage. Customer Service is responsive. Pricing is competitive, so overall highly recommended.
I recommend MyGermany for package fowarding services. I've used them multiple times within the span of a couple years and I've always been satisfied with the ease of the website and the turnaround time of shipping once I paid for fowarding. I've been able to purchase and recieve multiple items that wouldn't ship directly to the U.S. because of them.

They get one star off for being extremely slow - takes them literally weeks to just process a package that arrived to their warehouse, weeks to repackage a few packages into one box, etc.They get one more star off for bribing customers for positive reviews with discounts.
I have been using MyGermany for around a year or two now to buy from private German/Austrian eBay sellers and whatnot. Generally I'm really pleased with the service. I've never had any issues like damaged goods. Shipment is fast, cheap and reliable. They also offer free consolidation of multiple packages, which is a real money-saver for me.
