My experience was a mixed bag.The good:* The customer support team answered my email very quickly and helped* The process to get something sent to MyGermany then choose what you want to do with your package is reasonably straightforward and the options are all clearly priced which is nice* They shipped really quickly once they had the parcel which was great! The bad:* The website is very old, it made me wonder first time I looked if it was a scam but I think it's just been around for a long time, they could do with a UI refresh* I understand MyGermany must have a huge backlog of items but I waited over 2 days for my expensive item and nothing showed on their website. When I hit 50 hours since delivery I emailed support who told me 24 to 48 hours was usual. After I clarified my long wait time my parcel suspiciously appeared in the portal an hour later. Perhaps a coincidence! If not for the long wait and email exchange this would have been a 4 or maybe 5 star experience.

Actual cost once they received my parcel? €9999.00I can not complete my order and ship my parcel, because no matter which specific shipping service or options I select, the absolute minimum cost is €9999.00. This is for a parcel weighing only 0.2 kg, and is roughly 19x13x2 cm. Obviously this cost is absurd.When I e-mailed them before shipping anything to ask a question about how the payment will work for dropshipping, they replied the very same day.Now that my parcel has arrived, they will not respond to me at all for several days now. I've tried email, I've tried contact form, no response. I have no clue what to do next. Somehow I doubt I will even be able to return my shipment to the sender. Be careful out there!
I received my package from Germany yesterday. I've used their services twice so far - 2 separate shipments to the UK with many items that required consolidation. The shipping costs were pretty reasonable (lower compared with their competitors that operate in the same country) and everything arrived on time (rather quickly I must say). The contents were well-secured so nothing was damaged/missing. The 60-day free storage is also a big plus. I fully recommend them and I'll definitely use their services again in the future.

I have made two orders with this company and lost around 1000€ on this. Fist time I used the proxy service. I received the parcel opened with most parts missing. The received parcel weighed a few kilos less than the received parcel at myGermany. MyGermany could not help no idea what happened.Second order via the order service. Ordered paid and wait a 1 month now. Sent a question and a blank response with only a greeting. Assume this money ended up in the party budget. Dont make business with this fake company. There are others that actually does a good job.
