I have had excellent experience with mygermany.com but the recent concierge order 422801 made on 26th October 2024 is still not fulfilled and communication related to order is sub optimal. Hopefully, this will resolve.

I cant get anyone to reply to me :(I have an order waiting to be shipped to me, paid for shipping and have emailed, called and logged numerous trouble tickets over the past weeks, and no response. I have used the service previously and had good experience, but now Im worried these guys have gone out of business. They never sent my package to me and they stopped responding to my messages. They don't even return the money for it. I think some empoyee stole it.

Excellent experience

I've been using myGermany for several years already, and there haven't been any problem so far. 60-day free storage is great, goods are dispatched fast, the shipping cost is reasonable, and customer support is great.

Slow communication and support

I hate to write such reviews to companies, especially in the logistic business since I have many years of experience in this field, and I know how hard it can be. However, this company has one of the worse customer service I have ever encountered. I had a package delivered to them and have not been able to get them to respond to me for over 10 days! I even tried pinging their CEO on linkedin, with no luck. I tried calling them and you get an automatic answering machine, where I left a voice message with no one responding.Update:After a few weeks I was contacted by their CEO Chris and things started moving much faster and better. I also worked with Dora who was very responsive. Yesterday I am happy to say that my packaged arrived to my house after close to two months, but better late than never.Will I use their service again? I am not sure I would, but I will say that maybe my bad experience was due to Chris the CEO being on vacation and the fact that what I needed shipped and the location where not the usual stuff they work on. Either way I hope they will work on dramatically improving their support communication skills and speed.
