I am unable to add this card to my apple wallet and there is NO customer service available. Just an endless loop of menu options that never lead to solutions.It seems like folks are getting responses from the company here which is why I am writing.I have $500 total on these cards from Delta botching my flight, so this is more than an inconvenience. I NEED these cards to work!!!
Definitely a scam!!! I was supposed to have this through a breach settlement with Equifax and now after I register I can not log in. When I ask about the password reset, it does not send anything to my email for me to reset my password. The only email you ever receive from them is that your funds are available and you have to sign up through their site in order to the fake prepaid card that you will never have access to . big scam
I've had similar issues to other reviewers with these cards in the past.I spend money on Amazon all the time (I'm guessing I'm not the only one!), so now I do this: - add the prepaid debit card to my Amazon account as a payment method - buy an Amazon gift card in the exact amount on the card with my own email as the recipient - click the button in the Amazon email to add the gift card to my account - delete the debit card from my Amazon accountThe Amazon gift card is used automatically the next time I buy anything there.It takes a few steps, but only a couple of minutes. More importantly, seems to work reliably. For me at least.
myprepaidcenter is a sham. I have 3 cards withbalances and am unable to use it anywhere for partial payments. they continue to deduct dormant fees and deplete balance to 0. I received email but seems to be canned reply- who can specifcally help me ?
I have 2 prepaid master cards from this website and no one on earth takes this card no matter what! I don't understand??? I thought this card is accepted everywhere a master card is accepted, yet at every single store online it gets rejected! I know how to activate a card, what else could be the problem? These cards are so shifty the card itself only sometimes allow's me to put them on paypal, i get errors about the card being invalid then it will finally go through to add to my paypal wallet to only decline once i attempt to pay.. no matter what i use paypal, apple pay, online, offline the card gets rejected what can i do to get my card working?
Horrible. I received my Visa PrePaid card as a gift from my work and I was able to use it twice. I have not been able to use it at any retailers since then and I still have $95 left on it. I can’t get in touch with anyone to help, do not give these cards as gifts or purchase. They suck!!!!!
This company cannot be reached. Their customer support telephone is an endless cycle of recordings that never go anywhere. They are providing debit gift cards resultant of a class-action suit. They need to be the next ones sued. I've added the debit card to my paypal wallet to try and redeem, but they notify paypal that the card funds have already been spent and not available, but their website shows the full balance is available. they are trying to force users to use their wallet to redeem, or request a plastic card with fees that will wipe-out the balance, or walk away leaving them to collect the money in two years. Any lawyers out there? they need to be sued. You'll see below that they have responded to this posting. I will update and notify if that is just image management, or if they actually take corrective action.
