Card Not Working and No Support Available

I received this card as a reward from the company I work for, and I’m starting to think I would have been happier without it. I’ve spent countless hours trying to get this card to work, and it simply doesn’t. It’s driving me crazy. Their website is a nightmare—I keep getting logged out, and at one point, I was even banned for 'non-human activity.' To make matters worse, there is no clear information on how to contact support. Since no one seems willing to help or listen, I’m leaving this comment here as a warning. AVOID THIS COMPANY.

Absolutely worthless company

Absolutely worthless company. Its criminally terrible website is just a roundabout that goes nowhere. Its 100% impossible to reach a person in any way via phone, email, or chat. The card never works, anywhere. This company is like the poster child for what "lack of accountability" looks like. Just watch how they respond to this. Probably tell me to look for some worthless email that will come from a "noreply" email address. Don't patronize me. If this worthless company had any interest at all in resolving issues, there would be a working phone number where someone, anyone, could be held accountable. But that will never happen, because that's not what they're interested in.

Received a gift card and it declines…

Received a gift card and it declines everywhere! What do I need to do? Tried to activate it but I get a error. Update: this card is a joke, the whole reason why people choose Mastercard it so we can use it ANYWHERE! Not only at 40 merchants who I do not even shop with. Ask to provide a ID and utility bill??? Why it’s was a GIFT CARD! why not be honest and say on the card that this is only valid at dicksportsgoods, longhorn steak house and 38 other retailers I don’t shop!!!! Claims ulta is covered but I was declined! I want a plastic card sent to me! Someone one Reddit claims that was her fix. Y’all are gonna stop embarrassing me with all of these declines!

SCAM!

Scam company. Avoid if possible. Cards will “activate” but cannot be used. If you have a balance on your card it will quickly get depleted each month by very large fees. FTC should investigate this company! Their phone number is unreachable. SCAM! I reported and suggest you also report this scam to the FTC. The website is reportfraud.ftc.gov

I was able to register my card but am unable to access the funds through any merchant. This is a scam. Please reach out to me. If there is a class action law suit, please include me.

The cards are absolutely non-redeemable…

The cards are absolutely non-redeemable anywhere! I’ve reached out to support multiple times—they are responsive and genuinely try to help, but the truth is that the cards simply don’t work. I can’t use them anywhere—they’re always declined, whether on Amazon or other online stores. Forget about adding them to Apple Wallet. I’m not sure, but it might be related to the billing address.

Card declined everywhere, can't add address

Card declined everywhere because there is no zip code associated with the card so my billing address "doesn't match." FAQs say "Use the registration name and address as the billing name and address for online purchases." The registration process does not ask for my address. There is nowhere on my profile to add an address. The card is effectively unusable.

Poor customer service, but it seems to work

Got 2 gift cards, one for 60$ and another for 160$I was able to add the first to my Google wallet and even use it for a 1.5$ purchase but then it stopped working. Got declined on every single transaction, also online.The second card I wasn't even able to get on my Google wallet.I called the customer service, and they told me they'll issue a new card. Waited a few hours but nothing happened. Update: turns out they did issue a new card in replacement, but didn't provide any notification via email.I also didn't receive any update when the card got blocked in the first place. They definitely should improve on that. Changing rating to 3 stars.

Facebook Location Settlement - JOKE

I have ABSOLUTELY been wasting my time trying to use this $31.77 of a prepaid Mastercard. Apple Wallet won’t accept it and I’ve tried for a ridiculous amount of time to use it for an online order for even less than what the cards value is. This is a joke! I can see how Facebook is associated to this garbage when trying to “settle” their “Location Settlement” payment! NOW…after multiple emails with your folks, I have provided you with a copy of the original email of issuance of this defunct debit card, a copy of the site I applied for this and you continue to request a copy of my drivers license AND a copy of a billing with my physical address. I continue to ask WHY you need this type of information to resolve my issue. Everything up to this point has been electronic and I would like to understand from a Legal perspective as to why you demand these types of documents after I’ve already provided all other details you’ve asked for. I am ready to take this issue up with the Iowa Attorney General as it is beginning to WREAK of a scam!

Lost funds

Wouldn't let me spend my card so tried sending to my PayPal , now gone missing and impossible to contact from the UK, was then told they had sent me an email to reply to which I never received
