Review Time
As with all other reviews, the card codes I received are useless and cannot be used at any site. They say they'll charge you to mail out a physical card for a fee, but don't tell you the amount. The customer service line is only for lost cards. I shouldn't have to work with "customer service" to access MY money. There is an expiration date on the digital card, and I'm seeing there is a monthly fee as well!! Outrageous. This company is a complete scam, shamelessly stealing money from people. For all these reviewers that got a message from the company, how was their issue actually resolved? UPDATE 2/3/2025: I received an email from the address in the reply asking for more personal information in order for My Prepaid Center to "recognize your review as genuine." There's no indication of what I can expect from My Prepaid Center once I hand over my personal data to them. This suspicious request is extremely disturbing coming from a company that scams people as their business model.UPDATE 2/10/2025: Still not a word from this scammy, scummy company. Stole my money, nothing I can do about it.
Agree that this is a complete scam, just like the other reviewers have stated. I will file a complaint with local judge who worked on the settlement. There is zero need for these scammers to harvest my information. They already had it and could have sent a prepaid card right at the time they sent the retarded code. Also - no need for phone numbers or ANYTHING that they don't apparently already have.Attempting people to sign a complete SCAM agreement with fees as high or higher than the value of the card? F U C K Y O U !!!
I just activated my virtual Master Card online in my profile. It's been a few days but I haven't been able to use it as it gets declined on EVERY ONLINE store. So I called the call center (which by the way it's a hurdle to get to a live person), and the employee told me I'd be getting another virtual card in email in 30 minutes but that's been 2 hours and no card. I feel this whole prepaid Master Card deal is a scam. Someone is unethically or illegally stealing money from the cards from the inside. I've never had an issue with any VISA virtual cards they had before from this site. Update: What email are you talking about... I do not have any emails requesting more details. Please clarify
Nothing works. Sent a settlement card for Equifax breach. QR code shows non existent when I tried to use it. Tried to log in manually by redeeming the code on the postcard. Says it is sending me a text code to log in. Nothing ever comes. Tried to open an account and a number of other ways to access. Nothing works. All dead ends. it's a SCAM. How come Experian can't do better than this. I blame them also. Here's your money for our mistake. Good luck trying to get it!
Trying here since they don't have a CS option on their web page for this. Have a card that states "funds do not expire." Card is expired, and when I tried to enter the card on the website, it tells me to read FAQ. Here is what FAQ states about expired cards: "What do I do if my card is expired:Review the terms and conditions for the card to verify if replacements are available after the expiration date listed on the card. These terms can be found on the website once you've logged into your profile. If you did not create a profile when activating your card, log in with your card information. Replacement options will vary by card, and not all cards are eligible for replacements after the expiration date."Have tried entering card info, just tells me to read FAQ. Signed up for account then tried entering it under my cards, just told me to read FAQ. Customer service only gives options to go back and enter card or call if card is lost/stolen. No way is visible to request new card. Can't help but view this company as fraudulent and scammy if they're trying to make it difficult to get your money, so they can keep it instead.
I can't believe it! BHN actually ask me to provide the detail and refunded the two monthly fees, as a one time courtesy! It's all good now! $100 VISA is now actually $100 balance, as long as I spend it before 2/18 to avoid the coming monthly fee! These guys actually care about the reviews here.
Where to start? This card's a true scam. The card says "Funds do not Expire." However, the card expires, you can't get another one for the full amount. Of a $100 face value, this crooked business offered to send a new card worth $24.95. The remaining $75 was kept by the bank for monthly inactivity fees involving zero action on their part. AVOID THESE GUYS
This was an incredibly frustrating experience. This so-called prepaid card company is essentially useless for online purchases, including services like Netflix or anything else you might want to buy online. I received the card as a gift from a company, and when I tried to redeem it, it didn’t work at all. Most companies (around 90%) don’t even recognize the card. What frustrated me the most is the complete lack of customer support—you can’t even email them for help! The whole thing feels like a scam.=======UPDATE=========they didn't send any email don't fall for their Bull on the replays. they have a bot texting for them. My card still does not work and the 25$ is worthless
